The cashier made me show my ID and show her my bank card. I was only buying trash bags and apple juice. She said it was company policy. We both knew she was lying to my face. That was my first and last visit. Rather than treat customers like theft suspects, they should clean up their filthy store. I own a home in this neighborhood. The cashier only works here. If she doesn't like her job or the people she deals with, she can go to work somewhere else. I should be able to go to a convenience store in my own neighborhood without dealing with a petty bigot.

This gas station/convenient store is pretty well stocked and they also offer food to order like chicken and fries biscuits things like that. The staff that works behind the food counter they’re pretty cool and friendly. But I can’t say the same thing for the female cashiers in the front of the store; the ones that cash everything out before you walk out and maybe if they’re in the mood greet you when you enter… and hope that you have a pleasant acknowledgment exchange with !? “I know we made the choice” and “chose to take the time & shop in their store! Freely & knowing it’s the pleasantries you’ll receive and having a plethora of fine, kind, manners? to go nearby, that offer the same item! You know with some exceptions!!! Otherwise it’s alright ?

The woman at the register checked if my $20 was fake. I’ve never had that done before. I felt beyond disrespected.Pretty sure it was a racially motivated. Never getting gas here again
