Terrible customer service. Arranged to view and pick up parts, they sold parts b4 I arrived. I fulfilled my end they failed on theirs. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I will not do any business with them under their new business name monster junkyard.

I had nothing but the worst experience ever with this company they don't tell you when you buy parts through their company Empire that if you buy them there's absolutely no returns until after you already purchased the item so now I'm stuck with parts that have been in boxes in my spare bedroom and there's no way to return them or get my money back when I didn't even need them in the first place and if I knew about that return policy I would have never purchase the parts to begin with so they scam you into keeping your money that's an awful way to do business and I will never go back or ever recommend them
