I give this specific location a 2 star rating due to the nice employees that work here. Boost mobile as far as service goes I'd give them a zero if I could. Far too many times have I "lost connection." Not just calls but internet too. I'm currently a customer but not sure for how much longer honestly.

Sold me a non-compatible SIM card for my phone and didn’t want to give me a refund. Told me it might not be the newest one but to just update my phone and pay more on my phone plan and it should work, when I called and told why I wanted a refund I was told that customer service was lying and the SIM card was new. Customer service then told me since the store didn’t want to give me a refund that they would pay for new SIM card. So customer service helped me.

Well I went here to switch from cricket to get a great deal on a phone. I called them before I left to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock, they did so I told them I was on my way. Drove from Westfield (half an hour) & got there at 330. When I got there the door was locked & the lights were off! Not idea why, the door said they didn't close for a few more hours & they knew I was on my way... Very disappointed. Found a different boost Mobile store & will never go back to this one again.

Rafael is personable and listens carefully to whatever issue you have from simple activations to phone problems He is knowledgeable. I definitely will go back for all my Boost and cell phone needs.

I had no issues. Another customer had some problems making it easy to see that they will go above and beyond to help the customer. Good place to go for Human assistance.

I wouldn't even give them a half of a star went to drop 200 dollars on a phone and other products I was told they won't sell me the stuff in less I paid them 25 bucks to activate the phone that in less I give them the X tra money because he won't get any comIson off of the sale I could not but anything in less I have them more money completely ridiculous do not go to this store in less you feel like throwing away money for no reason
