My family and I have been LONG time customers in f The Big Y in Easton, shopping there since they opened. Due to recent renovations, service,price increases and lack of variety and choice I will not be returning. Even the employees I spoke with are embarrassed. Their new emphasis is on prepared foods and high profits. If you live on a frozen food and prepared diet it’s great. The lack of fresh produce is appalling! I could not find half of the items on my list that were always in stock before. I continued to shop there during the renovation hoping things would only get better but I’m done! Their emphasis is on self checkout as they have closed several registers. Even their floral department is so limited now! Please s they charge.10 a bag…with their newly inflated prices this is insane. Shame on you greedy corrupt leaders!

Today in Norwich. October 19.They said with my groceries that I went over the limit of what I had to pay by check.Any other store doesn't do that to me. They made me put items back to get the price down with other people in line watching me put these items back. It was embarrassing. I think Big Y just lost a faithful customer. I don't think I am going back, from being embarrassed , for what they did.

Big y main Street Springfield I'm only going to give them a one because corporate set this up for failure they've got no clerks in their people are walking in and out of there and and helping themselves to whatever they have no cashiers they got self-checkout this is downtown Springfield these people are going to destroy this place before it even gets started I'm hoping corporate changes this soon they need somebody on the floor in the morning please change the setup they're going to empty and robbed the store blind before even get started there's a lot of good people down here that enjoy this store including myself I use the YMCA 4 days a week and I enjoy going into the big white with things items such as breakfast sandwiches and drinks

I give them 5 stars because of his service. My appointment was the next day I arrived 1 day early here. I request them they if they r have room today, and they will unload me .and thanks to them, they helped me nice people in receiving service thanks

Management, customer service and personal at the Enfield Ct store are awful. Prepare to be disappointed with your experience.
