I like this store a lot, very well laid out and there are a lot of helpful staff. This store seems better to me than other Big Ys nearby, and there is a lot of shopping and food around to complete your grocery journey. Good luck, hope this helps!

Coziest store I’ve been in. A little pricy for student budget but I will never stop going there :) the fruits and vegetables taste much better than costco or stop and shop, it’s a big difference. Always organized.

Completely over priced went and got a SINGLE bag of groceries, around 12 items cost $112. Will not be returning they’ve completely lost their minds with price

Overall a very nice store, one of my preferred places to shop. Very clean, well lit and stocked. Prices are great! Even though the East Longmeadow store is closer, I rather drive the extra 5 minutes to this location, it's so much nicer to shop. Other than one unfortunate event that an employee lied to me about the fryer being off because they didn't want to bother making fresh chicken (I get it, everyone has a bad day sometimes but stil...), I have only had great service experiences with the employees. The deli counter is very efficient and I love that Big Y now carries Boar's Head, that was the pivoting event that won me over as a loyal customer, that and the fair value pricing that beats the competitors. Big Y as a whole has really stepped up their game lately, I'm very impressed and satisfied with all the kitchen, deli, seafood, and bakery products and services, always top notch!! The Table and Vine section in this store is always well stocked and has a lot of fantastic choices. I highly recommend you come to this store for your grocery needs, pick up a take out menu for that quick, affordable and delicious lunch or dinner, some of the best onion rings around! The app is great as well, I always get offers to load that seem to know when I need them. Also mentionable are the rewards points, I save a lot of money on gas!
