Don’t trust these individuals. They acquire cars from auctions and from people who have been in accidents without informing the insurance. Subsequently, they repair the vehicles at their mechanic shop and then sell them. They sold me a car and said it had a clean title. I believed them, but a month later, when I took the car for an oil change, the person servicing it told me that the car had been in an accident. Don't be fooled by their words.

I'm going to start off by saying that I don't know if Sam knows the quality of the work being done by his mechanic/s.
With that being said, upon a further inspection of a vehicle purchased from him, one of the engine mounts was completely disconnected with no bolts. Two other mounts had 3 collective bolts missing, and the timing belt tensioner had only one of two bolts holding it on.
This is a wholly unacceptable level of workmanship. Had that one remaining bolt in the tensioner broken while driving, the engine would most likely end up being destroyed by the ensuing piston to valve contact. I showed him the pictures of the missing bolts and he said nothing. So while I'm not positive that he knew about this before I sent him the pictures, he definitely had nothing to say about it after I did send them. If your going to buy a car from here make sure you thoroughly inspect it.

I have bought 3 cars from Sam at best value auto and by far this has been the best place to buy cars. Sam is reasonable and honest, and they have great mechanics as well. Staff is great and accommodating. If I have an issue Sam definitely helps me out and I am appreciative for everything he's done for me.Definitely will be going back soon to purchase my little brother's car.Give best value a go you won't regret it.

Sam doing business as best value auto is unfair business man cars are rotted underneath he will show u a carfax that is not covered in the us. He will legally make you get your money back Through court. Bought a car in January and it’s been underivable for since the beginning of may for things he said he fixed under 30 warranty. Do not recommend

I bought a 2011 Mazda CX-9 from them as soon as I first got it it had some problems brought it in a couple times still with the same pre existing problem he kept pushing it off week to week claimed it was repaired and all it did was get worse past my thirty days however I do have text messages from the owner showing that it was a pre-existing issue with the car so I will be going to a lawyer however while I waited for one of the repairs 4 separate people came in with issues as well my suggestion is don't trust him or this business go elsewhere there's plenty out here in Springfield he sells lemons be careful oh and no I will not remove my review so don't ask me like you have asked others
