I work in healthcare and have a patient who needs a medication asap. I called Baystate, and the representative (Linda?) was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive. The patient is able to pick up the medication today which is a huge relief as they are traveling out of the country tomorrow. Amazing service!

My prescription was sent over at ten am today. I arrived at 5:15pm to pick up my prescription. When I arrived my prescription wasn’t filled and the women working instructed me i could return before six to pick up my order. I asked how long it would it be and it was only ten minutes so to ask me to leave and come back is ridiculous. Not only that but when I sat down I could clearly hear the conversation of the women in the back complaining about who was going to take care of my order. I was then called up and it seemed something was incorrect about my insurance but instead of discussing it with me the women continued to not only walk away from me but totally ignore me and continued to speak to her coworkers. So now I’m just sitting there with no information, listening to them discuss me. I keep explaining my insurance issue with them and instead of helping me or telling me how much the order was they were dismissing me as if I could not get my order. When I asked how much it was to pay for it the woman told me 20 dollars and i was shocked like we could have avoided all this with me paying. Her response was well you should have said that! As if i knew the price! What an awful experience and terrible customer service and what’s worse is the fact that the women told me to leave and not come back because i was treated poorly and reacted to my treatment. I suggest going anywhere but here entirely! Steer clear and find anywhere but Baystate to go!

So sad that the Wason Ave location closed it was so much better than this location. Wason Ave had an automated service and the staff working there were very helpful and friendly!

Wow terrible KELLY THE PERSON WHO ATTENDED MY THAT THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON THE I NEVER MEET WE HAVE More THE 3 days call ? for a prescription and because I come to pick up she talk with other person wow she can wait until tomorrow eyyy listen if I here it because I need right. Absolutely terrible service! The dmv does better. They can't do anything correct. Besides myself, there was 2 people there who were told incorrect information. The answer from them is always sorry. They need help over there, another location to assist in work load or something.

waited so far 6 hours in er the only time they talked to me is when i came in. they have called everyone else for vitals but me. this is horrible. i feel so mistreated by this hospital.

One of my close friends who's like a sister has been in that hospital since Tuesday. has multiple health conditions and KEEPS having seizures and no one will do a thing about it. Her health conditions could kill her and shes 22..

My sister went to the Emergency Room at this hospital this past weekend with double pnemonia and a blood clot on one of valves on her heart.When she told me how those uncaring nurses were I was so upset.They did NOTHING to make her comfortable at ALL!!!She waited in for 14 hours in a Cold hard chair,IN PAIN until they got her a bed in the emergency area.Then they are doing tests and ALMOST gave her another patients test,until the nurse noticed the name on her wrist.When she
