If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I go in there is only one teller. Today is the first of the month and also the people that get paid on the third get paid today because the third is a Sunday and it is Friday. I don't even work at a bank and I can anticipate increased volume due to these facts. However this bank has one teller every time I go in including today the line is out the door but yet there is a lady walking around who is always walking around not helping anyone and A man behind a desk not helping anyone while the poor lady behind the counter, Kathy, has to help everyone including drive-through, ridiculous

This branch one of the worst branch I've ever visited the lines are through the roof on the first of the month with two teller to deal with the in transaction and the drive thru and one personal banker at the desk with 6 people waiting all while the "manager" SUE walks around then sits in her office to order Chinese for lunch. Can see why she not able to be a teller or help with personal banking to make the business move faster. Bottom line the customer service here stinks and needs more workers

This was a very poor experience. I was their for over thirty minutes and I was given the run around. I had a check from my school issued from the bank and I tried to cash it. They told me it cost money to cash and when I was ok with it they told me to go to the other person who tried to get me to start an account and when I said no I was sent back to the counter where I started and the the woman behind the desk sent me away telling me the check wasn't swiping and I'll have to put it in my own account. Next day, I went to the bank America in my town and I was in and out in five minutes absolutely professional. This bank here, was a total unprofessional experience. What bank plays a game like this to get me to start an account. This bank should be closed.

If you have a pay check drawn out this bank it will cost you 8.00 dollars to cash it which I don't understand .

Not sure what all the fuss is about. I went in and within an hour had an account, a full understanding of all their offerings and a friendly conversation with the staff, of which there are plenty. The 1-star ratings seem to be normal complaints of any bank anywhere in the world. Sometimes people have to wait. Sometimes they don't. It's fast and friendly.

BOA you really need to hire additional staff here. I've waited in for 20 mins to be attended. Your teller was working on two customers at the same time. Not fair, they are over work and under staff.
