If you expect great service in a timely manner with stated expectations, then you may not get it here. My experience with the service area was horrible. Voice mails and texts were not returned, and work in the stated time frame was not complete.
*** UPDATE ***
The issue returned, and after speaking with Eric, he had asked me to contact him if the issue returned. Eric immediately asked if I could bring my truck back in, and he had a tech ready and waiting for me. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the part is on back order, and that is not the dealers fault. They did give me a loaner car to use until the part does come in. I must say that Eric wanted an opportunity to make things right, and he is true to his word. I am increasing my review score from a 1 start review to a four star review because of Eric.

I am very happy with the customer service we received from Jonathan Hall. He was extremely professional, attentive, and informative throughout the entire purchasing process. I typically dread going to car dealerships but never once felt uncomfortable or pressured by Jon or his team at Balise Hyundai. Thank you for making this a very easy and pleasant experience.

Best place to buy a new or used car! I had a great experience buying my first car at Balise Hyundai as a young woman who has never gone through this process before. No gimmicks or tricks, very honest and trustworthy staff. Chris was awesome and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, answering my many questions and keeping me updated on everything. Ask to see him! Their General Manager, Brian, was also very helpful and made sure I was getting a great deal and that everything went smoothly.
Big thanks to the whole staff at Balise Hyundai! So excited for my new car!

Looking for a Sante Fe and had the pleasure of working with Chris, a sales rep at this dealership. Unfortunately, the car I was looking for was not at their dealership, but Chris said he would complete an extensive search to help me find what I wanted. His non-intrusive communication and helpful demeanor was a breath of fresh air compared to other sales staff at other dealerships! Also, his deep knowledge of the vehicles at their dealership is incredible!
If you go to this dealership, I highly recommend you work with Chris!

I just got my car in April. Last week my car started smoking and I had to pull over and have it towed. My warranty is with Balise Hyundai next door they said. I called to get my car towed in and looked at and they couldn't even look at it till next week. I asked if it was OK to go to another mechanic to get the car worked on and they said yes it was OK. I tried to get in touch with Eric Baker down at Balise Hyundai cause I really wanted my car done with them. Eric Baker never answered any of my calls or voicemails. I went down there and the workers were do rude to me. It really seems to me that if you buy a car from Balise Ready Credit they consider you less than and that was exactly the treatment I got. They said once I bring my car into another mechanic they won't touch it and I couldn't bring my car there. I never heard of that and the warranty company hasn't either. My car has issues that need more detailed diagnostic done, which means taking parts of the engine out. Parts are in my car that aren't even registered with carfax. I will never buy a car from any place with the name Balise again. I want answers cause this is not fair. I have no car with 2 kids, and I need my job at the post office. This has been crazy from the start.

We recently purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe from BALISE Hyundai with Andy Zaccardo as our salesperson. We were very fortunate that BALISE had the only version of the vehicle that we were interested in within several hundred miles of our home and when we messaged the dealership, Andy was very prompt in responding and helping us secure the vehicle, which was still in transit. It was a pleasure working with Andy via phone, text, and email to complete the deal, which included a trade-in and our vehicle pickup experience was also excellent. The rest of the BALISE team was great walking us through the setup of the vehicle, transfer of title, and all the rest of the paperwork including working with our insurance agent. All in all a 5 star experience.

We just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sonata SEL and could not be happier. Jessie and Brian were awesome. This is our 4th or 5th car that we have bought from Balise. We went to other Hyundai dealers just to check, but always come back to Balise because the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's like hanging out with family when we go there because we dealt with everyone for so long. It's always a great experience at Balise Hyundai. We will definitely be back soon, wife looking for a upgrade.
