Customer service was spectacular! I was helped by Gabriel and he was very knowledgeable about which wash to choose from for my car. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Good experience. Seemed a bit pricey but did the job, I felt like the back of my car wasn’t clean much but that’s like any other car wash. My license plate was bent in all four corners afterwards lmao so that was different but overall I liked it the employees are there to help select an option too which was good to have.

Prices has gone up but quality has gone down big time. Better of going to golden nozzle down the street. I paid for diamond package and also wanted the interior cleaned. Normally I can pay for everything at the kiosk where you pick your car wash but the system would not let me add the interior clean. So no big deal ill finish the wash then pull around to the bay. The was 3 bays running but the first one seems to be cars for the dealership. The end one had 1 car and the third one had 2. Each bay holds 3. And there was about 6 employees in that area but only 3 working. I went into the lobby and saw about 2 customers waiting. Figured I'd get in quick. Nope I had to wait because they would rather chit chat then work. 15 mins goes by and then they pull my car in. Looks like 1 person is working on my car which is no big deal if there wasn't another 2 talking to that person. They vacuum for a second and start to talk then vacuum for a second then start to talk. This went on for 15 mins on just the drivers side. My car is not that dirty. And I have rubber mats that catch most of the dirt. This went on throught the whole interior clean. Normally I'm in and out about 30-40 min's about a haircut but not this time. Idk what happen to this location but the quality is not what it used to be. It was fast and a solid job not anymore.

On 4/13/24 I brought my car in. When I picked up my car I noticed my sunvisor was dam near hanging from roof. After a closer inspection I noticed the retention clip was no longer attached nor was the retention clip cover. I brought the damage to the manager’s attention to get shrugged off. I was told “ it’s only a clip” then referred to the employee that did the detail. The employee stated he doesn’t know what happened. No one had an answer and acted as if I was overreacting. My roof top still had water stains from the detail job, my seats most definitely weren’t shampooed as it was advertised in the package I chose (You will see the dirt in picture the same spots that made me want to get car detailed. I had to use my at home spot vacuum to actually clean my seats after paying!) My rims were still dirty and my front grill wasn’t touched at all. It was overall a terrible experience and a waste of money.

Once again my car came out extremely wet and some of the nozzle's on the vacuums still coming off or have zero suction! Get this fixed already.

Busted out my marker light after adjusting blowers in the wash and no advisory. Was passed along 4 different managers who said they’d help. After a while they said they can’t find the part? Self corrected now but beware - no help offered when damage is acknowledged as fault on them and no follow through .
EDIT*** For the below response, I appreciate the response, but this was done several times. The last I heard from Rafael was the piece found is the wrong one, and the right one is not able to be ordered or found. No offer to compensate made. The repairs have been done out of pocket at this time.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the car wash managed by Rafael. After getting my car washed, I noticed scratches on it. Considering I purchased the car at balise, I expected better handling of the situation, but it was managed poorly.still have scratches, but don’t wanna deal with him

Slower then it was when they only had to scan the bar code sticker now if the camera lens is even a little dusty you have to hit the red button for customer help it's clear the liscense plate scanner is not going as smooth as it should also it's only 1 lane not 2 so you can expect to wait in line also half the vacuums have little to no suction power be prepared to move around and hope to find a good strong vacuum good car wash though when it's smooth and normal

Employees work very quick and diligence. My SUV end up clean each time and I am in and out w no issues.
