Brought my truck in for scheduled service,oil change, cabin and engine filter replacement, and state inspection got in at 10:30 and didn't get out until 12:30. Then I wanted to use my rewards points, and they couldn't connect to the website, blaming it on the strike?. Maybe it might have had more to do with the non working tv and computers in the waiting room. So not only did it take 2 hours to do what a private garage would have done in an hour to an hour and a half, there was no tv to watch. Needless to say, I also missed my 12:30 appointment ?

Worst customer service in their service department book an appointment 3 weeks out because that's the first available they don't get to it the day we booked no calls no communications until I called and they say oh it's "On Deck" for a technician three days later haven't even looked at it. Would never buy a commercial vehicle here or have one serviced again.

My daughter's 2017 Equinox had a bad rear main seal. Chris and his crew jump on it quick and got her back on the the road the next day. Awesome job!!!?

Obviously this dealership is in a bad spot financially if they have instructed their sales team to be condescending about trade ins on the phone and then follow up with a condescending email after hanging up on the customer. Mathew Wolanski needs some sales training

Dwight was our salesman. He is extremely happy and approachable. He really tries his best for his customers. He is constantly mindful of peoples time and will run to get things done quickly. However, syed (manager) was one of the most unprofessional and Rude sales people I have ever met. Most people in sales would try to sell to the customer. This guy, from the moment we stepped in, was rude, snarky, and disrespectful. We asking about information regarding fees, Syed stated, "I'm not done, wait until I'm done" after he had paused in his statement. He also said, "you cannot have a copy" of a document he was requesting my signature on. Regarding the fees, he told me that there is nowhere that is is listed in our documents and that "I would have to just trust him" (after he had already been rude and disrespectful!). On another note, despite the fact that he was rude and disrespectful to me, he did not treat my significant other with the same disrespect and rudeness. He still displayed some type of negative attitude towards us but it was not to the extent that he did towards me. If it wasn't for Dwight and his amazing customer service, and the pricing of the car, I wouldn't have made the sale simply for the rudeness I endured. Lastly, the finance manager was extremely funny and down to earth. He was very sociable and encouraged us to communicate with him rather than just business. He was extremely funny and would joke around. It seems like he understood when or when he could not joke. He had a great sense of humor and was very thorough!

I tried their online chat feature to set up a test drive. It set I was all set so I went there at the agreed time only to find that they didn't even have the car they said would be ready for me to test drive and didn't know when one would even be available. One salesperson even had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I was at the right dealership. This was after a colleague had checked me in. Obviously, they are very disorganized.

We had a great experience with Balise Chevy! My husband needed a new work truck asap, and we got connected with Balise. We worked with Nikki, who is just one of the nicest people we've ever met! She's knowledgable, funny, and sharp. We also got the pleasure of meeting the sales mgr, Syed, who is very friendly and personable. We got a great price, and the process was quick and smooth. Dave in service is an awesome guy, too! He's super helpful and a great person to make sure you're vehicle is safe and reliable. These guys are great and they work hard to make sure you're happy and let you know that your business is appreciated. Thanks again!

Do not buy a car here with their "complimentary oil changes" if you work first shift. They scheduled customers out 21 days, but reduced their hours and closed on Saturdays as well.

this place is a joke dont care about there customers at all just looking for a sale bought a used 2018 equinox nothing but problems... check engine light on and off best part is pretty sad win rear brake caliper falls off and check the other side bolt are finger tight and they say its my problem....STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COAST

First time here, and David French assisted me. I received an oil change and they did a full walk through of the vehicle. I am very happy with my service and will be coming back for future services needed!
