The experience at the dealership was awesome. Just the fact that I had to wait for my truck because it was a bad fuel injector put a sour taste my mouth.
But The experience with the salesperson Tim at GMC Balise out of Springfield Mass was awesome.

Shady, predatory sales people. Selling disgustingly overpriced vehicles with major defects. Lied about repairs that were done so it was “safe” for me to pick up, shady run around when picking up vehicle. Told you couldn’t repair it there under warranty. I love when I tell people my story when they are looking and they in fact stay away from here after telling them. I am still paying on a car that’s dead in my driveway, of course it really got bad after the warranty was up. Horrible, shady, predatory and pathetic people who sleep just fine selling vehicles with problems that have left me stranded many, many times and now a dead car with a huge amount owed on it.

I have been searching for a GMC dealership to service my Sierra 1500. This was my first visit just for an oil change and the atmosphere was on point, the process was efficient and they had tons of inventory to keep me occupied. Nice spot!

Schedule was quick. Service was great as expected. Dealer called out an overdue filter and changed it. All in all good experience.

David, our Advisor, greeted me nearly immediately upon my arrival. We reviewed my service request, and I opted to remain on hand until we knew the diagnosis & solution.
Once it was determined that the repair would be overnight, David secured a ride home and I was able to continue my day.
Once the vehicle repairs were complete, David got me a ride in to pick up the truck.
It was a very friendly & pleasant experience all around. Truck is back to normal, all good. Thanks!

Didn’t buy a car here, but they allowed my 2yr old to use the bathroom for a potty emergency. Staff was incredibly kind.

Another slimy dealership that preys on naive customers. I decided to finally get my family a reliable, decent vehicle after the most expensive vehicle I owned was $3,000. I called this dealership ahead to make sure the car I saw online was available, apparently she was looking right at it and to come on down. I took the 40 minute drive there to arrive and be told it got totaled within the 40 minutes of me calling ahead to see if it was there. He then had a couple other in my price range, I was already prequalified so they didn’t need to run my credit 10 times but they did anyway. He couldn’t “find” the other vehicles but had one with higher mileage than I wanted and also over $5,000 more than I wanted to spend. After test driving I said I wanted to think about it and then he guilt tripped me saying he was going to get into trouble with his boss they can only have it test driven if they are buying it. Yes, I know I should’ve ran then. This vehicle ended up leaking oil way worse than the $3,000 car I had, on going electric issues and burns up all the oil in it within a month. I should’ve known better when I was told I could pick up the next day, to he ignored all day to find out it was in the shop for “brakes and rotors” which went bad within 6 months and to be told they were never done. Also, needed valve cover gaskets in less than 6 months and when calling to have it serviced I was told I need to call another dealership because “they don’t have the tools for this car” now, I’m paying a disgusting amount of money on a car that doesn’t even start most days without jumping it and going to have to trade it in so I can scrounge up the money for another $3,000 car. Horrible, untrustworthy typical car dealership.
