After receiving the wrong part we tried to return it for the proper one. A very grouchy salesman wouldn't exchange the part. After returning again to the store Georgi was extremely helpful and did her best to explain the mess the previous salesman left her with. Thank you Georgi.

I bought a pair of windshield wipers at this AutoZone that did not fit my vehicle. I went back to get the correct ones and was helped by an employee who went the extra mile and actually installed them for me.

Typical of many places, online inventory doesn't necessarily mean its not there. App said certain thing was not there, but there was 1 left when I stopped in. That's not a slight against store it's just how it goes with online shopping. Also i wouldnt stop in with your family after say, going to church. You will def need to put earmuffs on kids as the manager chicks previous job must have been a trucker. Expression "truckers mouth" alive and well there. Lol.
