“I got my Acura repaired here and they did and amazing job ! My car looks brand new and shiny, they completely cleaned it inside out and waxed it! They also fixed a small dent it had in the back which had nothing to do with the insurance claim! They dealt with all the car rental issues for me too! I was so shocked and pleased I would recommend this place to anyone. Dan and his colleagues were so professional and nice and very communicative as well! This was my first time dealing with this and they made my experience so stress free!”

The front bumper and front right quarter panel were replaced and the car is now as good as new. “Bought a 2017 Altima (50k ml) last week and let me tell you was a little skeptical at first because all the reviews are about their auto work. But i went there LEVI treated me and girl like FAMILY he understood our struggle going from other dealers that just wanted our money and not servicing the cars for buyers Levi made sure our car was road ready and didn’t rush the process of servicing for us to get on the road And let me tell you they are AFFORDABLE and have OPTIONS have low mileage .He told us the history of the cars even the one we got came with one year warranty. We also did two family trips this past week to NY and Hampton Beach car drove PHENOMENAL. Overall if i can give this place 10 stars i would. Even the ladies in the front very respectful and wont forget your face very wholesome experience i wish it was it was always like this getting a car from dealers !!”

“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”

He gave me a very reasonable estimate which I ended up not using because the car was totaled by the insurance company - and when I told him this he was actually happy for me that I got a good settlement even though it meant he got no business from me. “I was flagged down by someone who told me my rear lights weren’t fully working. I called the Liberty Street O’Reilly store and explained the problem and also explained that I physically needed help to fix the issue. Kyle, the guy that helped me, couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he replace the bulb(s), he took my $$$ and brought me the receipt. And when I tried to tip him he refused! O’Reilly Auto Parts has a new customer! ???”

“Hector is a snake...Very nice guy initially..then turned out to be deceiving..He was a gift and a curse..got the job done for reasonable price however charged me $400 dollars for a part turn out the part was a USED part...charged me 120 for valve covers and this dummy used worn out valve covers...He had my car for 8 whole days then gave it back to me in limp mode. After 2mos of trying to find a mechanic to work behind his work..I was informed that this dummy left several wires disconnecting in my vehicle causing it to be in limp mode...He didn't even want to fix his own dam mistakes he made..just terrible..All around I will never bring my car back to him and I learned a very valuable lesson ?..bless be”
