I would say all in all.I had a pretty good experience. I was in a rush to get dinters because my bottom one had broken from my previous pair. That was the main reason why II was very happy. Also I had an issue today when I took a bite out of a cookie and 2 of the bottom teeth came out, but luckily they were able to fix them this day. And i'm happy I have my smile back.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Dentist and Customer Service!I had two teeth implants and implant crowns at Aspen, Hadley MA which own by Dr. Patrick Dermesropain. But one crown is wiggling and others always have a pile of food stuck between gum and crown. When I called back Aspen Hadley a few weeks later after the implant crowns were done, they did not have any doctor in that location and had me to call a couple of weeks later. But I went back to Aspen Hadley with a new doctor and also a NEW owner of Aspen Hadley, they said It's Dr. Patrick's responsibilities. So I checked with Dr. Patrick at the Springfield location and he refused to do the work and said It's Hadley location's responsibility. So I have been sending to Hadley and Springfield locations back and forth a couple of times in October and November and no one wants to re-do my crowns. So I asked for a refund of my whole payment, then the Springfield case manager Gloria sent my case to the District manager Ana on 11/16/23 and then Ana sent my case to a regional manager Ms. Mikelle or MS Colleen on 11/20/23. I emailed two time to regional manger and called customer service line two time. Unfortunately, I have not received any phone calls or emails. I have been suffering this since Jun and through my holiday. They just abandon and ignore my case!Carol

I use to be a regular. Every time it's a different Doctor with a different opinion. No more for me. Springfield office is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 8:00 appointment didn't get in until 8:40.

Sent me a final bill before it went to collections after 7 months of not sending any previous bills.(I don’t miss payments)They tell you they dropped your dental insurance after getting work done, so after you get work done they can drop your insurance anytime and then still send you the full bill.Stay a few miles away from this place !!

As a patient of Aspen Dental for over 15 years I am very disappointed in how the Springfield location has taken such a rapid decline in their customer service, patient relations and treatment planning. My implant of one tooth took three years to complete! Attempts to recharge my insurance twice for the same procedure due to their negligence in scheduling and the lack of having a dental hygienist on staff over a year has really impacted the level of care provided. During my most recent experience I called the office to schedule my annual exam and was met with a rude response from the person who answered the phone. She accused me of ‘blocking’ their phone number and insinuated that my phone was disconnected and they tried to contact me about an appointment scheduled in September 2023. The clinic is fully aware that I need additional reminders for appointments and why I need these reminders. Regardless of circumstances making assumptions or insinuations of nefariousness about a patients status or behavior is unprofessional and quite frankly shocking. I have never experienced such unprofessional or rudeness from a medical or dental patient care facility. I even had to remind her that I needed to schedule my annual exam when she said ‘’Goodbye!’ before I initiated that I had my needs met. [Customer service rule 101-the consumer hangs up first]. Her response was to rant that I could only schedule an exam snd not a cleaning and I better not miss the appointment or I will never be scheduled again [aka-no dental hygienist wants to work for them since the wonderful dentist left for maternity leave.]. I rarely write reviews but this one was so necessary. As a professional health care provider who has worked in patient/ client care for over 20 years, I know the importance of helping patients feel safe, cared for, welcome and heard. I don’t know what is going in Springfield but, run to West Springfield or Enfield until they provide Springfield with a management overhaul. My advice to Springfield is to take care of the staff because their disgruntled dissatisfaction is passed of through the quality of care they give the patients. Until then I will be canceling my appointment and taking my dental needs to another dental clinic.Disappointed Loyal PatientHappy ADHD andBreast Cancer MonthADHD does not equal Stupid!

Intense in a good way, lots of options. Very cordial and knowledgeable staff. Met with Doctor Patrick, he reviewed my past history and recommended continuance with plan and a couple new options to better oral health.

If any elderly person thinks they can just go in and walk out with dentures, they are going to be sadly disappointed. My poor mother had 31 appointments to get hers. 3 of the appointments that we went to needed to be rescheduled because of aspens errors, not cool with the elderly. In the midst of my mothers dental fiasco, they decided to switch dentists on her. Because of this, she got charged for a new set of x-rays and an exam for the new dentist. She should not have to to pay for the new dentist, seeing how they are the one who swapped them out on her midway through. I can understand that the new doctor would want to exam my mother, he told her the other dentist should have ground down her bones so the dentures would fit properly. We looked at each other in total surprise, this was going to cost more money yet again. we already had the x-rays and an exam. This cost her an extra $230 on top of the $9600 for the inferior dentures. Definitely nothing like their commercial says, not even close. Please ask a million questions because once you are in the middle of this 12 month process, they have you in a horrible position. Just saying this caused so much anxiety in our family. My mother is fuming mad at me for choosing Aspen. Best of luck everyone .

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had a dental appointment bc my daughter had teeth pain and it ended up she needed her wisdom teeth out. Because the oral surgeon at that location doesn’t take her insurance we had to find someone else and we did. When I went to transfer her records they told me they couldn’t because they had a “data breach”. They said I could get the records in a week or so. I called back 3 weeks later and they still won’t send the records. We had to cancel the appointment with the oral surgeon because of their negligence. I’ve never had or heard of a place like this keeping the records hostage. It’s a breech of HIPPA. I’d like to report them to the state as they have had many lawsuits against them and have lost and had to pay. I’m contacting Maura Healy and the state attorney general to find out if they can help. Don’t go to Aspen Dental.
