Real people who care.I called Vincent the owner of the store when our gas grill seemed to have been assembledwith problems and not only was he concerned but he came out to our home and at 72 years old got down on the floor dissembled and reassembled it correctly cutting through all the manufacturer logistically difficulties like a pro.
