The male cashier tonight seemed really mad. He kept throwing the grocery dividers like spears and threw the groceries in the cart like he was bothered. Cracked the apples in the bag. Sad.

The store on Boston Rd is great. But dislike how people park in front of the store, where there is clearly yellow lines indicating do not park there. It's a grocery store not a gas station. Big Y or Stop and Shop would allow that.

You can usually find just about anything you need here, with some substitutions, & there are specialty items that are not kept in stock year round.

This Aldi is pretty good. The employees are friendly and the aisles are clean and not cluttered. The store has an opposite set up compared to the Aldi close to my home, but nonetheless I was able to find everything that I needed. The "special" aisle sells random yet useful items like kitchen items, electronics, shoes and household items .The items change every few weeks, so if you see something you like then get it before it goes away!

disrespectful to the elderly ,that meaning cashiers laugh @ them when they are trying to be ( cautious of cashiers )sneezing on their groceries while waiting in line . which makes for an uncomfortable experience.when they get the customers to laugh also . felt so terribly abused . i should not enter that establishment again ,,as much as i really liked shopping there .

Been shopping there lately. Still new at it, but there is an undeniable difference in the culture and customer service between this store and Big Y. There is a female cashier there (short, ponytail, latina, maybe late 30s) who holds a grudge against me because I asked a few questions the 3rd time I ever shopped at an Aldi's... and she overheard a conv where I said I felt like I had to walk on eggshells at Aldi's. There IS such a thing as a learning curve, and maybe you should try respecting it... You know where you stocked the stuff so, it's a bit much to expect us to think (illogically) like you: as in, I sometimes CLIMB because I'm only 5'4" and can't see the top shelf... or move aside 6 empty plastic pallets to find the white bread.. or two brands of celery being in separate aisles.. or that you're out of carrots. And I guess our safety doesn't matter for much. I'm sure YOU didn't know where everything was in the beginning! Yesterday I had a 71-item shop and asked only about 4 things. Given that they were out of 3 of those things, this is NOT terrible. One of the items I found on my own after moving a whole crate of ice cream to find it waaaay in back towards freezer room- it was hidden. This cashier had a puss on her face the entire time she rang me up and got visibly pissed when I told her I had one small, 5 item separate order for myself which wasn't complicated, and not a problem... you would have thought I cursed out her mother. Oh, the horror! The inconvenience! Maybe I should have just come back and made a whole separate trip just to accommodate her! But, yes, that actually IS her attitude and the attitude of SOME Aldi's employees. Another customer noticed her face and told me outside that it's unacceptable. It's obvious that management has given the green light to their staff that they don't have to be nice or helpful to people who shop as a side gig. I get it, you must get sick of people asking where stuff is.. but it isn't always our fault and we should NOT be afraid to ask! If you don't like it then work at a store that doesn't subject it's customers to an Easter egg hunt in hell.
