Went to Verizon in Spencer today. Had sign in door that they where on break. This was at 3 oclock. Waited half hour, than 1 hour. Than out of curiosity I waited to see how long before it would open. I was standing outside the door and back and forth f on my car that was parked in front of door. watching 2 young woman and two young man in the store. Pointing and laughing that I was standing outside. At six o'clock they shut the lights and left out the back door. 2 other woman where in their cars very upset. One stated that the door had been locked since noon. Very rude and unreasonable.

Shawna was outstanding! Took her time to explain everything. From changing our service to purchasing our phones and accessories!! She made our first experience with Verizon flawless! Thank you Shawna.

This is the 5th and last time that I attempt to come to this verizon store. Every single time I come here, the door is locked and nobody is in the store. This time I waited here because it said on break. How long of a break do you need? I've watched at least 10 people come and go in the past hour trying to get in. There was even a fedex delivery that couldn't get in and left with package.One lady said she stopped by am hour ago and they're still on lunch, another said they were here at noon time and it wasn't open then either. Does this store ever open up during their regular hours. I don't know why their franchise license hasn't been pulled by Verizon. Don't bother trying here, they're always closed during their business hours.

I met with Shawna in the Spencer location. There were a couple customers ahead of me, but she acknowledged me and kept me informed. I happened to be on crutches, so she brought items to me. Shawna was polite, professional, smiling and very informed with the products and suggestions. Wonderful experience!

This is the 3rd phone that I have gotten from this store and I have always had a good experience. The sales rep, Scott, who took care of me for my past 2 phones over 6 years no longer works here. The sales rep, Olivia who took care of me did a nice job explaining the plan options available and different Apple iphone features. She also handled the data transfer quickly, as well as installing the glass protective cover and phone case. Accessories at this store are substantially more expensive than online, but I wanted to be done with what I needed and prefer to buy from a local store anyway. She doesn't set the accessory pricing. I would recommend this store and her for a new phone or upgrade.

Was treated the best I ever have ( aug 30 )... would love to hire your employee right now..she was pleasant...greeted everyone that entered... wasn't upset she was alone and never even gets a break because she cares about taking care of customers first ...your lucky to have an employee like that. Was the best experience I ever had with Verizon chain store... going to go back and thank her and bring a gift tomorrow...tc don't lose her; give her raise or bonus...I travel up and down east coast...take care of your help they will take care of you..ty for a great experience!!!!!.... Olivia was very helpful in getting our upgrades completed. She spent two hours with us making sure we were all set. The only negative was that Verizon’s Apple Music offer with the upgrade was for new apple customers. She should’ve known that and has us unenroll then reenroll to obtain the offer. We don’t get that offer now. Otherwise Olivia was knowledgeable, friendly and patient especially with all my questions

Extremely unprofessional customer service rep. Asked to come back so she could take a “HR ordered break” and she never opened the door for us an hour and a half later when she told us to return. If she had been honest and asked to come the next day, that would have been the thing to do. Instead my daughter and I stood outside the store for 40 min waiting for her to open the door. She even put up a sign for the public that she was returning at a specific time and then never did and they closed. No apology the next day when I came in to buy a new iPhone, just excuses. When I returned 2 weeks later to return my old phone again I’m asked to come back later. Not this time!!!! No. Go to Sturbridge. You’ll thank me. If Verizon can’t hire more people to serve Spencer and leave the customer traffic to one individual this is what you get.
