They keep leaving my packages outside in the weather and now will not accept the use of security coded door that has been implemented here for years. These are the laziest people I have ever met.

This post office is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had a PO Box here for over 10 years and I stopped in today to grab my mail. I forgot my PO Box key at home so, I kindly asked the front desk if they could check my box. They refused to open my mail box, stating that I need my key or I can’t get my mail. I had my license in hand ready to confirm that it was my box with my mail inside of it. The employee and manager refused to look at my license and told me I wasn’t allowed to pick up my mail. I’ve never encounter any nonsense like this and it’s outrageous that I couldn’t confirm my identity with my Massachusetts license. Especially when my name is listed as an owner of the PO Box. Even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years, I will now look for another post office to purchase a PO Box from. Get it together Spencer post office.

A package of ours accidentally got sent to this post office since we used to live in Spencer, it got dropped off at our old house and the lady who lives there now she dropped the package off at Worcester post office? So now the worker called us back today and he’s personally going to keep an eye out for our package and call us when we can pick it up! Very good customer service!

The Spencer USPS is GREAT....If you don't have a job, have an unlimited amount of time, and enjoy dealing with repetitive issues and lazy workers.Is zero stars an option? The Spencer USPS location has the worst customer service I've ever seen from any organization in my lifetime (even worse than Spectrum). Lower your expectations and be prepared to take a full day off work just to pickup a package. Please replace this branch immediately.There is zero question in my mind that any rating above 1-2 stars is an employee trying to boost the overall ranking. Ignore high ratings, they aren't real.

If I could give zero stars I would. ...mail in the wrong mailboxes every day. No clear ability to distinguish between Donnelly Cross Road and Donnelly Road. I don’t know who’s working in there or running the place but I question their literacy. Get a PO Box if you live in Spencer Mass!

USPS in Spencer, Ma is a pretty damn good post office. Yes, they aren't perfect, but the do a great job. Had a package misdelivered tonight to another address, and despite their policy not allowing their drivers back out, the person delivering came back and got me the package within a half hour after calling. Great service, thank you USPS!

USPS in Spencer, Ma is a pretty damn good post office. Yes, they aren't perfect, but the do a great job. Had a package misdelivered tonight to another address, and despite their policy not allowing their drivers back out, the person delivering came back and got me the package within a half hour after calling. Kept delivering mail that wasnt mine to my lock box that didnt fit. Finally after 5 years of this I wrote a letter stating to STOP DELIVERING mail that wasnt addressed to me. For a week afterwards my mail stopped being delivered.I only realized I wasnt getting my mail when I saw a sign on the town hall stating Census had been mailed out and I didnt recieve one.
I go in to see whats up and they tell me that the postal worker said my maibox was "illegal" because it couldnt fit the thing that wasnt addressed to me. No where in the town by-laws nor in the US Postal laws can I see where it states my mailbox must be big enough to steal from and allow mail that isnt mine.
Pictures below show the type of mailbox I have. Person who delivers my mail should be fired

Counter help are friendly but the supervisors are rude and condescending. I asked them to clear the handicap ramp of snow and was given a sarcastic answer by person who said she was the supervisor. She needs to be fired!!
