“I stopped into Charlton landscape because I saw they were having a sale on vegetables and perennial plants. I was amazed at their big selection! I even found shishito peppers, which are hard to come by. The plants are all incredible quality, and you can't beat the price.. even when there's not a sale! I'll definitely be back!”

“So many different types of pro-mix I didn't even know they had. Also Coast of Maine lobster compost was one of my favorite add ins but they have some organic potting mix I want to try. Oh ya, did I mention they had some chick's? They sell seed mixes by the pound, fertilizers, animal feed and every single thing you need to run a good farm. Definitely will be stopping in again when I have more money to spend on growing my family some healthy organic foods and fruits. And maybe I'll move north a bit and buy a farm. Wait does that mean die? Bought the farm....hmm. oh well. I still want to buy a farm. Pre-tense. I suppose if you say he bought the....well you get it. Hahahahaha”
“I have been going to Stone Hedge for over 10 years and their inventory is always healthy and they always have something different when I go. They are very knowledgeable about each plant and will give you advice and tips on what you purchase or answer any questions you may have or give suggestions on what to purchase with where you are placing your plants (Ex..sun/shade) I highly recommend taking a trip! It’s well worth it. Their prices are awesome too!!”

“At first I was told by another associate in rentals the gas chain saw was available. We arrived and it was not available. We then communicated with Jeff instead and he found a solution for us. He spent a long time explaining how to use a battery pack chainsaw. We had a problem, brought it back he adjusted it for us right away. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't ask for better customer service to fix the situation.”

“Always a pleasant experience shopping here! My favorite time of the year (for the experience) is their autumnal shop. I have been there during the hotter summer-y months for house plant supplies, though. I’ve gotten several nice pots here. Sometimes it’s just worth the walk through to get inspired to craft. Bemis feels like a little hidden gem of Spencer Massachusetts. Last time I was there, I saw the pictures black petunias…I didn’t even though those existed! What a healthy place to make purchases of & learn about gardening!”
