Absolutely love this gym! It's a decently sized gym with a lot of equipment! The staff and people are really nice. I go almost every day! It's super convenient to people in Spencer!

Who needs PF? This place has all they do and more. It's a great local option for people who don't want to commute 25 minutes to the big gyms in surrounding towns. Its a bit more expensive, but they offer 24 hour access. This place is worth every penny. I highly recommend people in spencer / Rutland check this gym out.

Very upsetting that it’s $40 a month. You can’t bring a guest at all and it’s $40 a month? If I’m paying $40 a month I should be able to bring a guest. Absolutely ridiculous! The gym is very outdated and the locker rooms are not updated. I had to cancel my membership because it was to expensive. I would go with my husband but $80 a month for both of us is outrageous. Only perk is it’s open 24 hours.

Have been a member for over a year, this gym is very clean. The employees are always keeping things neat, they’re also very approachable and knowledgeable about the equipment and techniques. The gym offers fitness classes included with every membership + tanning.

I love this gym. Here's why! I haven't worked out in a gym in a few years. I moved up this way and have been meaning to join since I relocated 4 years ago. My sister and I finally came and purchased memberships, and so far it has been everything I expected and more. I was worried that I'd have to fight for a machine or wait for a circuit machine, that so far has not been the case! It's busy at times, but they have so much equipment that we get a good workout even every time. The women's locker room is always clean, and I appreciate the "hello" and "goodbye" every time I come thru the door! Yes, I do recommend this gym. Once I am more confident, I'm dying to try one of their group classes.

I am one of the founding members of this gym, I joined the day it opened. The equipment there is always in top notch condition and the staff & owner are friendly and professional, always ready to give me assistance and guidance whenever I have started using a new machine or doing a new exercise. This is a great gym with plenty of duplicate machines, cardio equipment, benches & dumbells so even when it is busy there I never have to wait to use something. I highly recommend this business.

Wow, I just reached out to Guaranteed Fitness in Spencer MA to see if my husband, who has cancer, could get a day pass, for fee, to see if he was capable of doing the machines on premise to make a membership worthwhile. Not only do we live in town but were members for many years before his diagnosis in 2019. The female I spoke with was so rude I was in shock. She, whom would not give me her name, said he would have to pay $39.99/mo., a sign up fee of $78.00 to walk through the door AND $49.00 per year for their annual fee!!! Mind you their website falsely advertises for $29.99/mo. In other words, absolutely no bring a friend Fridays or bring a friend for $10.00 per day as they had when we were members prior to 2020. Not only are the fees ridiculous, this girl was so very rude!!! Never would I recommend them, which I had many times in the past!!

I would not recommend this place at all. People are so judgmental here especially if you're a person of color. Gym employees can see you not using a machine correctly and just ignore you and laugh. It's pricey for a place that barely offer classes and have enough equipment. A lot of things are out dated and you just feel so uncomfortable.

Great place to workout! 5 starts for machines, environment, and employees. Would give an overall 5 star review but the bathrooms could be updated. Only 2 stalls in the Women’s room and both stalls do not lock lol. Although they do have very nice newer looking lockers so maybe they’re taking the old bathroom renovations one step at a time. The parking lot is very tight but I didn’t deduct any stars for that because they can’t do much about the land there. Very nice people to greet you at the door and any one of them will show you how to use any machine!

Good gym, but there is no personal training like the website says. Everytime I ask the front desk, the best I have gotten is an offer to create a workout plan for me, but that turned into them telling me to work the circuit machines. I also wish there were a few more classes, (esp since there is not trainer to give me instructions)UPDATE: Thank you for updating your website to no longer say 6 personal training sessions upon signing up; I'm still hoping to utilize it. As the owner, your response to me is inaccurate: I have not signed up for personal training sessions because I was told you didn't offer them, despite your website saying otherwise. I am a new member, but not new to working out. However I am not a trainer, so would benefit from professional support, which is why I inquired. Finally, your gym has attempted to contact me once, not twice, but I was unavailable to respond. I am open to speaking with you directly, esp since it appears your employees are providing inaccurate information to us both.

This is probably the cleanest gym I've ever been to, and I've been training in various gyms for over 20 years now. Everyone who works there is really helpful and nice. The owner is always adding new machines and maintaining the equipment. My son loves the boxing classes, and my mom has been taking fitness classes here for years. Such a great facility!!
