“My van was rear ended by a tow truck. They got me in really fast. My van looks like brand new again. They went above and beyond by cleaning the inside and getting replacements of the vinyl decorations that were ruined in the accident.”
“I am giving this place an excellent rating for the kindness and pity Brenda took on me! I was in a state of panic when I showed up after getting rear ended, Brenda calmed me down, helped me with the insurance steps and told me I needed a rental right away because my rear lights were smashed. She was right. Additionally, she had one of the mechanics bolt down my rear panel which was sticking out. I was not able to get my bodywork done there (they are so popular that they were booked out months!) but they will be the people I recommend to anyone.”

“Had an accident with my 2018 challenger shaker. This shop came highly recommended by a friend and family member who works here.I am beyond blown away at the quality of work done by kustom fab. The paint job they did on the car is literally like factory. It has less orange peel than my brand new factory painted 2023 durango. I still look at it a week later and am blown away.Dave, Bobby, and his crew had to deal with headaches of aftermarket parts that were already on my car when I bought it and then the headache of me turning it into a custom widebody. I know this was difficult for them but they did EVERYTHING they could to make sure it came out flawless, and it really shows.Take their high ratings seriously and trust that if you bring your car in for repairs you will get the best service and quality that the auto industry can offer.”

“Today, I experienced having my car repaired by an honest owner of O'Malley's Truck and Auto Body in Charlton, Ma. I had recently been told by a dealer that I needed 2 repairs done. One was that I needed an emergency break and a control arm for my left back wheel. Recently, my car passed for my yearly car sticker. And recently before I brought the car in the break was working. O'Malley's tested my vehicle and found the emergency brake was ok and did not need to be replaced. The left back control arm was also estimated by my dealer at $1500 and would take 4-5+ hrs. At O'Malley's the work was done for far less than that price and the car rides so much better and is safer to drive. I will be returning to O'Malley's for future repairs. “I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus. “I've gone to Parsons a few times now, and every time has been a relief on my anxiety. This latest time had me dropping off my car in the morning and waiting for the call to hear about what's wrong. Only took till the afternoon (they were busyyyyyyy!!!!) For the call to happen and he explained what was going on, and what it would cost, before getting consent to repair.The cost was reasonable, the work was done quickly and correctly and my car is driving so much better. So much QUIETER!! Absolute niggr and day difference here. Thank you guys so much! It's nice to actually have a mechanic you can trust.Fully recommend.”
“My youngest had broken down due to an axle issue. The owner of Entwistle's happened to walk by right after they called AAA. Not only did he stop and ask what the issue was but he then called his tow truck (AAA also) and had them come right over, much quicker than the time AAA gave and brought it to his garage. The garage we planned to bring it to had an estimate of 3 days for the repair. Entwistle's had it done be 2pm the next day (it was after 5p when they called AAA) Plus it was about the same cost but right away. Definitely going to change to our new favorite garage. Thanks”
