Had a bike that was in my family for years that sent a rod out unexpectedly and we thought she was a gonner for sure , barnstorm had all the needed parts in stock and had us back up and running with in the week!

Don't bother going here for an inspection sticker unless you just put new tires on the same day. First time it was "we'll let it pass but we really shouldn't"....second time it took two people to figure out the tires were good... and neither time did they use a tread depth gauge. Guess they figure they can scam a tire sale here and there (and they charge nearly twice what other shops do to replace a tire).

Very knowledgeable staff, Barnstorm Cycle identified the best suspension for my 2014 Victory CCT. Just got it back for a mid March sunny ride, convincing me they choose and installed the right product. All work was seamless, down to the new Denali lights giving the appearance of a factory option. Thanks for bringing the old ride back to life again. I you're looking to victory service, take a look a Barnstorm Cycle in Spenser, you won't be disappointed.

I have a 21 road glide. Replaced the clutch myself and I adjusted the cable wrong. So I broke down a few miles from barnstorm and many, many miles from a harley dealer. I called barnstorm and they swung out picked me and the bike up. Brought us back to the shop and a tech did a quick adjustment and check on the bike. Note that this service was not free. Which I would never expect, but the care and brotherhood that was extended to me is un measurable. Thank you to the folks down at barn storm. Great service, great people, really feel like they are part of the central mass biker family. If you have a chance to stop in and check out a couple bikes or in need for work on your motorcycle or jeep these folks are top notch..

What a great shop! My only regret is I did not find Barnstorm sooner! Family owned, knowledgable, friendly, timely and everything you can ask for in a motorcycle shop. I've dealt with Sean, Courtney and the owner and always got first class service, as well as excellent information on bikes parts and service. I know when I bring my bike here for service, I'm going to be well taken care of with by people I can trust. Very rare in the business! Thank you for being the best of the best. This shop is skilled at what they do and my experience has been nothing but the best.

I don't have anything negative to say about Barnstorm. I'm not sure where to start. It's a proper real motorcycle shop. Not relegated to plug & play parts. They've got welding equipment and people who know how to use it, machine tools (lathes & mill) and people who know how to use them. They do everything. They are the people to recommend to a good friend or family member who needs help with their bike - or the place to take the thing you wish you had time to do yourself - because they're as good or better than what you know you can do. Not an American bike? Not a problem. Good feels in the shop. Stuff to buy up front. Things to look at. Great staff. Great knowledge base. Like I said - no complaints here.I could say I'm biased, that I consider the owner a friend and went to high school with another of the guys in the shop - but I'm just another guy who turned up on a bike one day who was welcomed like a friend, treated well, and maybe that's the point. This is that kind of a shop.Also - they do bike inspections & winter storage - both handy to know about.

I stored my bike with Barnstorm this winter and I will definitely be storing with them and getting maintenance done there for as long as I’m in the greater Worcester area! The prices were extremely reasonable for storage and work that needed to be done (including some minor custom work), and the communication with the service manager was great. Thank you, Barnstorm!

Super knowledgeable crew and really inclusive atmosphere. As a female motorcyclist, it can be intimidating going to any kind of mechanic shop so I very much appreciate their environment and that they employ female bikers!

Terrible service and work at this shop. They installed tires on my bike and gave it the wobble, I had to go to the shop and the mechanic fixed it. In addition, they stripped the engine casket bolt and refused to replace it even after I purchased the part. Stay away from this shop.......

My wife bought a Jeep from them and everything was going great they were going to give it a tune up and get the new plates and fill it up with gas, car salesmen said it should be ready in a few days maybe a week or 2, almost a month later we found out they lied to us and the car was in the gurage with the check engine light on! Something kinda important, and continued to tell my wife on the phone your lucky we even fixed it most would just rest the light and sell you the car, finally we got the call the jeep was all set and when we got there the car wasn't even cleaned inside there were crumbs in the back floor and we didn't even have are plates in it was temp plates didn't even tell us when they would be in still, I'm not happy with there service at all I wish we backed out of this deal and I will never send anyone to this place ever
