I have been living in my house for 10 years and never had an issue until this year. My new postman wouldn't deliver my mail, I ended up measuring my mailbox against regulations and it was within regs after him stating it wasn't! I also measured my neighbors, who are getting mail, and some of theirs are out of regs! The customer service was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I remember when the post office professionals were friends. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Time for a personnel overhaul.

worst post office in western mass full of idiots and lazy people ive heard fowl language i had to say something to an employee because they were talking trash about customers i guess they didnt see me. that whole place needs to be replaced i get wrong mail and they have sent at least 10 parcels back that they knew what box it goes in. so overall southwick post offfice sucks. wish they had negative stars they dont deserve not a one

I can't even give them 1 star, but I have to in order to post. Packages are constantly damaged, lost or never show up. This package was marked FRAGILE and it was stuffed into my mailbox and was also ripped in half, and one of the items I ordered is missing. I never get any satisfaction when I try to get answers. POOR, POOR, POOR! I give them a negative 5

Go anywhere but Southwick Post Office if you want a package to get where you want it to go - I mailed a priority package last Friday 5/27 & it is still missing! No one knows where it is & no one will help you in Southwick either! Go to Feeding Hills Post Office where you will get excellent customer service & mail will get to a location on time or use Pack & Ship in Agawam.

Every time I go check my P.O. Box I always find at least %50 of my Mail are not for me and have different P.O. Box number! And at least half of my mail go to another person box ! I don’t understand why I have to deal with that every time I check my po box .

I would like to know why we are getting our mail at 5:30 p.m. at night! The mail is so behind in Southwick & I am getting damaged mail notices also returned to me open with a check I had sent to pay a bill. What is going on here?!!

Horrible post master with zero knowledge. She had to continually ask other employees how to handle the mailing of my box. Very rude, too. All other employees are very nice.

The counter people and delivery people are super friendly and helpful. There was a period of time a few years ago where I was having constant problems with lost and mis-delivered packages but I haven’t had any problems in over 2 years. I believe whatever the issue was got resolved.

LOST 2 XMAS PACKAGES LAST YEAR AND TODAY THEY SAID A PACKAGE WAS LEFT HERE. THERE WAS no NO no PACKAGE LEFT HERE TODAY. IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.

Consistently receive other peoples mail, packages are often lost or delayed. I am the first to understand that errors are going to happen and mistakes will be made. The frequency of events however tells me it is just carelessness.

Just when I thought it was getting better - 6 people in line, we rang & rang the bell, heard people just chit chatting in the back - We could not get waited on & I finally had to walk out because I had a doctor appointment -& not get my package mailed - I will go to Feeding Hills Post Office tomorrow & whenever else I can!

Terrible. Packages that are said to be on time are always showing up a day or two late, and many days where no mail is delivered at all. Not to mention the always unpleasant mailman we have. Suggest using UPS if shipping to Southwick.
