I am now leaving one star reviews at all the O'Reily's that I am near when I desperatley need a part and they are the only ones that have it, but at 1000%+ markup. Like seriously, you guys are selling a battery I can get for $30 online for a motorcycle for the price of a car battery!!! Why even sell anything if it's all jacked up? And people want to ban scalpers, well that includes O'Reily's as well!!!

The assistant manager, Kevin, was a great help in getting me the correct tail light bulb for my car. When I told him I had difficulty removing the plastic cover in the trunk where the bulbs are located, he offered to install the bulb for me. That is great customer service! Thank you Kevin.

I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts Store in town today and was impressed by the service provided by both Steven and Zachary. Both were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond customer service requirements. They were both very kind, friendly and professional!
