Every time we try to get parts. They are incorrect. Incredibly disappointing. brake pads for a 2005 Toyota shouldn't be that hard.

Size 35 battery is small for 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE and wiggles so not safe.Went to the Napa store in Southwick MA and the “lead/manager” said: Bring the car and we can check another battery and no money Involved only exchange product, he suggested the battery and I replaced it and it fitted perfectly. After I replaced the battery and fitted perfectly the lead/manager said oh “ I need to do a return process first and you buy it after” you said no money involved? Oh I can’t do it!! I was like so you did bait and switch??

Been here a few times. Once for wiper and fluid. Once for an oil filter. And lastly for motor oil. Each time they had what I wanted and we're friendly while helping me locate the items. If you need any auto parts, napa is the place to go!
