“Last night WEDNESDAY September 27th I was in the great Tractor supply in Granby Ct where Matt and a very nice lady whose name escapes me were beyond helpful!! I can’t say enough about this location and it’s amazing Staff who have seen our puppy Lily since the first day of having our amazing Springer spaniel pup !! Thanks again for the great service!!! “We went to the Westfield MA Home Depot to purchase a Christmas lawn decoration and a special light module. We met Susan and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed and found it for us. We could not find the Christmas decoration so she helped us with that too. She had to get another associat, Angelo to help with this because they did not have any in the store. Together they were able to find one at another store. We then went to the service desk where Susan and Sharon were able to call the other store and the associat there personally made sure they had one and set it aside for us to pick up the next day. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional service. We wish there were more people like this Home Depot should be very glad to have such wonderful employees ❤”
