“The Consignment Castle is the most eclectic, quaint, clean and organized consignment store I have been in. I spent so much time looking at everything because there were so many unique, beautiful and special items presented in such a wonderful way and I didn't want to miss anything! If you're looking for something special, high quality and/or one of a kind I highly recommend stopping in to look around. The owner is a great addition with her knowledge of what she has available and the local products she presents. I really couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience and I will absolutely be going back!”

“Ran into this retailer at The Big E. What beautiful, incredible-smelling, artistically created products! The soaps, lip balms and detergent are so beautifully packaged! Like a small-scale Crabtree and Evelyn, but local. The individual scents are mouth-watering and delicate.The creator of the product line also does felting (Google it if you don't know it). She actually felts little agricultural scenes onto the soaps! They are mini works of art. She is really a fine artist working in an unusual medium.I grabbed a card and will be making many personal and Christmas purchases online.Amazing.”

“I had a few gifts to purchase and purposely visited Pilgrim Candle. There was no shortage of gift variety. From candles, jewelry, ornaments, household decor, custom dips, beauty products, cards, and so much more. The owner was in and just so kind. Warm mulled cider was available and it was delicious! Price per item was very reasonable. You can opt for a meaningful gift at a very effective price. Gift bags were lovely as well. Parking is at no cost and on the side of the building.”

We need more small businesses like this with integrity and the ability to stay in business for over 10 years. “We came in to purchase a couch a few months ago and the sales experience was not great. I was hesitant to come back, glad we did though bc this experience with Ana was 100% different.We decided to go in again today, because I saw a piece for furniture I saw online and I wanted it. I was prepared to walk in and just tell the staff to let me be due to my last experience, however, one employee stood out. She said hello when we walked in and asked if she could help. I immediately said " no I know what we need and I will find you when I'm ready". She didn't follow us around like the other sales rep did in our previous visit, she respected and acknowledged what I said. Unlike our first experience. She stayed close in case we needed her, but didn't force anything on us. When we were ready she helped us. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and helped with the purchase.I truly feel other sales reps should take a page from her book. Walking into a furniture store sometimes feels like walking into a car show room. Remember, people are there to buy something, maybe change up your sales approach and hire more people like her and the sales will keep coming.Thank you again Ana Mendez! “Kevin saved me from having to work with Lori Designs in Wilbraham ,who did not honor my original agreement with her and was not at all professional. He completed my instillation and worked with me to ensure that everything was done properly. He educated me in terms of the proper measurements of the window treatments and was always available with my many phone calls. My experience with Kevin was the experience I should have had with Lori Designs. I am so thankful for Kevin, as he went out of his comfort zone to help me out. Not too many businesses would do that now. “I discovered Rt 202 Antiques after finding Sean's ad for a gorgeous solid wood sideboard on Craigslist. After a couple "just the facts" emails, it was a pleasure to meet Sean at the shop which is not far from where I live. I feel very fortunate to have found such a beautiful antique for the price that was quoted. He even delivered to my home for a small fee. This is a major reason I was even able to make the purchase, because I just don't have the a truck available to transport it myself. He has a lot of nice pieces. I'm looking forward to going back.”
