When I came to the supply storage all I had to do was mention that I was the one who called about it, he had the parts pulled within a couple minutes. Spent 5 minutes in the store and was on my way. Great customer service.”

My beef is with the fact that Home Depot (and other retailers) are trying to get rid of employees via the introduction of ‘Self-Checkout’, to the detriment of the patrons and employees. The delays, confusion and
frustration ,while checking out, is rampant at all stores that have implemented and emphasized ‘Self-Checkout’
Please, I want to deal with a ‘HUMAN’!!!!!!”
