Things sure have changed since the 20 something years I've been going there. Just sayin. For banking business? It's hit or miss to the treatment you get, depending on if you need a manger. Good luck with that. And Smile or say good day when someone says it to YOU.

Worst customer service ever! Worst online banking. Not user friendly. Contacted customer service to be put on hold for 30 minutes

Was on hold for 25+ mins trying to reach customer service. Don’t understand why it’s so hard to pick up the phone! Hire more help, clearly I’m not the first person to have a complaint of this type ?
