The worst service i order a package the company send me a package they notify me the package was received in the post office at 5.30 in the morning i went aroun 9.50 morning the lady told me you have to wait next day because the order need to be processed this is very unprofessional hired good people the one likes work no lazy and unprofessional personal this is a federal office take your job more serious very inresponsable personal there they look like they no want a work there

Dropped off 51 ecommerce packages on sat june 27, 20. they were never scanned and then disappeared stolen. the girl that was working is still there. when asked what she did with the packages, she said "I dont Remember" this is an inept post office and the workers are dishonest and unable to do their job. and no one cares. do not leave packages in this post office . stand there until they are scanned.

We haven't been able to get our mailed delivered to us in almost 3 years. We've called multiple times, nothing has been done. I've downloaded the application to see what mail is supposed to arrive and they still can't seem to deliver it. The supervisor , Joseph , is completely useless, and has blown us off multiple times. At any given moment there are at least 3 mail trucks out from 7am until 6pm... Southbridge is a small town, how is it possible to have that many mail carriers , who can only seem to manage to deliver flyers , but yet no actual mail and take all day to do so. It would be funny if it wasn't actually pathetic

With much respect for the United States Postal Service as difficult as the last month with the mail system has been for me, the Southbridge Postal Office and its carrier's have done a wonderful job and made it so much more easier for me.

Nice, neat and well organized!! Priority boxes are always full and available whenever I need to ship priority items. Melissa and Maggie really helpful and they have such good attitude.

I really love this post office. Its location is excellent, parking is easy, and the staff are VERY friendly. I stopped in on a quiet Monday afternoon and was immediately helped by a nice woman behind the counter. I told her I was in the market for Forever stamps and she flipped through her binder and showed me which ones were available for purchase. I told her my selections and then changed my mind a few times but she never grew impatient with me and helped me with a smile. Excellent customer service that is a true rarity these days!

Inside the staff are great, friendly. However I have 3-4 different carriers a week and the mail comes from 9am to 6pm, no consistency and average wrong mail 3-4 times a week. Two of them sit on the back of the truck on their phones for 20 minutes at every stop. Easily eating up an hour or more besides their break. Previous two carriers each were on this route for years, no issues, within ten minutes of the same time everyday and no mistakes. If you run a business, it's a nightmare. I gave a 3, I'd give the inside staff a 5 but the carriers a zero.

If I could rate them less I would. Every single experience i've had through them is awful. No one knows how to handle anything correctly from missing packages to them not delivering mail/packages at all. This place is awful. The employess blame you and/or have no idea what to do about anything. Its a different answer every time.

I was misinformed about the prices the day I was shipping out a package which I tried to just let that slide. Then I paid extra to get a package shipped in two days and it's been a week and has yet to be received. The phone number online also isn't working for some reason when I tried to contact them? Very frustrated.
