The staff is so caring and wonderful! It's very clean and very well run. They have been working very hard to find out the solution to my dog Bosco's illness. Wonderful place for people that are on a set income. I also appreciate the fact that I can get all my services done at the same place for my dog.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Sklenak for over 20 years. She has been wonderful with all of them. About 9 years ago our golden was not himself, breathing labored. I took him to Tufts. I was told at Tufts he was fine. Next day Dr. Sklenak called me and said Toby's blood test showed an infection and was able to treat him. I will always be thankful.

I want to thank the Vet Techs and Vet for their patience and understanding during my first visit to Southbridge Veterinary Clinic. My husband's cat escaped the pet carrier and he was under a bush in front of building. One of the Vet Techs helped me to get my cat out and into the safety of the Vet office. The appointment was quick and services rendered professional. The fee was very reasonable!

Friendly service, very caring towards my dog!! Update 6/1/22 my dog injured his foot pad, and nothing has changed about the service and caring for him!! Still a happy customer!!!

After my 2nd visit with my puppy here I realized that I definitely need to seek another vet. The doctor is very rude and unfriendly. I brought my puppy in for a check up because he had been sick and immediately upon entering the room the doctor was criticizing him for being afraid and apprehensive. I was not acknowledged or greeted when she walked into the room. One of the vet technicians noticed that my pup was afraid, so she tried to squat and greet him and the doctor immediately told her to get up in a rude way. I felt very rushed and like I was just wasting her time. She speaks to me as if I’m clueless and has made me feel like an unfit pet-parent both times that I have been there. Both my puppy and I feel very uncomfortable at this vet and I would not recommend this vet to anyone unless you have very thick skin.

This is seriously the worst vet I have ever taken my cats to. Their services are very limited, their staff never seem to know what's going on, and they won't sign the electronic authorization for my cat's prescription food so I can order it online.

My dog isn’t doing good he ways over 100lb I had an appointment with this place I ran late because of trying to get home in the car where he was so sick and didn’t want to move and this place turned me down for being a little late I begged them I said my dog was really sick even already paid for it and you think they would care and be more under standing but instead was just heartless
