I'm sitting here on this cold day, behind the Dell Inspiron keyboard, thinking about my experience with Petro Max. I'm here, I just pumped up the gas. Sweat shined gently on my forehead, and it was a beautiful day outside. When she put the pump back on the shelf, she smiled. Like a new baby coming out of his mother, my receipt should come out soon. But it never happened. The receipt didn't come out, he was not born and was aborted. I hurried inside and asked for a receipt. It was necessary to show it to my boss, or I wouldn't be able to get compensation. The cashier smiled a little and said he couldn't print the receipt. They enjoyed my suffering and my life. That's why I hate this store. I wanted a good service, but I couldn't even get it. Now I'm out for $47. It's almost 3 hours of running, and I'll never come back.

Could not get a receipt for gas. I went inside to ask for one, and the attendant said she couldn't print it either. This was the 2nd time this happened to me, and I explained I needed a receipt for business. The attendant says to me, "Too bad, and you shouldn't come here anymore if you need a receipt." I'll take her rude advice and do just that. There is no need to be rude to your customers. Rude service equals bad reviews and complaints. I would have simply accepted for a 2nd time that she couldn't print the receipt even after stating I really needed one.Take this lady's advice to go elsewhere.

I love this place, I walk here a few times a week when it's nice out and buy some mini melts which are really rare and this is the only place to get them nearby, they have an awesome selection of rare snacks and a really up to date cooler

This Veteran was insulted! Thursday July 25th around 1:15pm I went into the store to pay for the gas. The boy stuck out his hand and we shook hand he thanked me for my service. Then started insulting people for going into the service today. The girl said its a death sentence. They were more than insulting, they were ignorant. I went into pay for my gas not to be insulted by a couple of employees pushing their political agenda.

Most of the staff are very nice. One or two are rude to customers. Also... If I have enough money for a purchase on two debit cards. I don't understand the problem. Money is money. Maybe it has something to do with the .85 cents fee that shows up from time to time only at your store. U should let the public know they are being charged extra. Shame on you. I've been in this neighborhood for 18 years. The new owners have work to do. Ill be going somewhere else. U lost a daily customer. Oh. And your coffee is burnt most of the time. Smh.

This gas station was run well until about two weeks ago. The new help is awful! They do not know how to run the systems. One walk around listening to her music all day. I will never return.
