SECOND REVIEW: I went today to get an oil change and have my tires checked I was pleasantly surprised when i was sent away after being told I didn't need either service. It's so nice to deal with honest people. Thank you Chance, I appreciate you. ANNNND I will be back when the light comes on.

Came here for an oil change and tire rotation,during the tire rotation Chase and John noticed I had what they call a death wabble in both rear wheel bearings,when they showed me,my heart sank.John was able to tighten everything up and I am forever grateful! May God Bless these people and the professional ism of Southbridge Monroe.

Excellent service! Got a flat on the highway and needed a tire quickly. Open on Sundays with a terrific, very professional crew. We were on our way in less than a hour. Very grateful!

Quoted a price for oil change. At time of payment, they added tax and disposal. If that was quoted, its understandable.

Called & booked for same day appointment. Took me immediately and no one else was in the waiting room. Unable to do the complementary tire rotation (they said my truck was too tall for their lift). Oil change took over an hour and they didn’t have the right oil filter & had to outsource. Had to create custom package within the computer system. I don’t believe they get a lot of 2500 Duramax. Overall, pleased with the level of knowledge, service and communication.

Went it for an alignment. Outrageously expensive will never go back. 2 seconds down the road Southbridge tire was $68. I was charged $150 here at Monro. Save your money.

Kris and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the front of my car, replacing my tires, and fixing up my transmission! Kris was so kind and took the time to explain every step of the repair process to me. I am so impressed with the amazing service of the mechanics at the Southbridge garage. I can't recommend them enough!

My daughter brought her car for a simple weld on the exhaust pipe. They put the car on the lift and inspected the job that needed to be done. They brought her into the garage to tell her that the whole exhaust system was wrong on the car. They attempted to sell a whole new exhaust to her. Then the manager was explaining to her why it’s wrong and at the same time the 2 mechanics that were there were laughing at my daughter and making her feel very uncomfortable.
The manager then quoted her a $500 fee to simply weld the exhaust pipe that was a 2 3/4” pipe.
My daughter refused the service because of the way they treated her in making her leave that place embarrassed and crying.
Goes to show how they try to manipulate female customers. I have been going to this Monro for years and now I will take my 4 vehicles to another shop. The customer service that is there now is very unprofessional and rude.
