Going to be honest. This used to be a good place but lately talk about poor customer service!!! Not even a quick hello or anything. DOESN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU! The woman is usually sitting yapping away on her phone in another language instead of servicing the customers, causing a long line of irritated people. Just today my boyfriend had to repeat 3 times what he wanted from behind the counter because she was on her phone and not listening to him. Absolutely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you can't have customer service towards your customers, you shouldn't be in this line of work. Show some respect to your paying customers. ?

The only thing I like to drink is Jameson's Whiskey. Jim's is the only place in Southbridge I know of that carries it in pints. That's good enough for me.

Prices are very high. Go to yankee spirits in Sturbridge about 3 miles away and significantly cheaper with much more selection
