I purchased a printer through Expert Laser Services last year. I was almost out of ink and called the service number on the front of the printer. Carol answered and arranged to have my ink delivered. The next day there was a knock on my door with a gentleman from Expert that installed the replacement toner cartridge. It was a great customer service experience and I am so glad that I purchased through them.

Expert Laser Services is great. They can handle all of your printer and copier needs, and wants. They aren't a mom and pop but not a corporate giant either. As someone who worked in the field for a long time and for all sizes and types of companies, Expert Laser is the best I have seen.

Used this company twice now. Fast, same day service. The tech had the parts needed with him since we have a common HP printer. He was in and out in half an hour and we are up and running again. Reasonable cost and I did not have to carry a heavy printer to a shop.

I used expert laser for the upkeep of an office printer and copier. They are very speedy for emergency repairs and keep the machine's running in tip top shape. They are very personable and worth the money for the upkeep of your machines. They can save you thousands over replacements by properly taking care of your equipment. They have been very honest and professional with their services.
