“Brent is always reliable, trustworthy, and professional. He's also really down-to-earth and gets the work done when he says he will. Since moving to Southbridge three years, this is the only shop I've gone to and I've never had a bad experience. Look at the rest of the reviews and then don't bother going anywhere else in town (or if you're from out of town for that matter).

“Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”

“Dear Will Stebbins & (Team), I can never Thank you enough for what you have done for me. After 25 years with another Mechanic, he could not fix my entire original exhaust system & muffler at 240, 000 miles in time for my inspection sticker in August. I would have been rejected. I went to see Will. He checked the entire exhaust & muffler. While he was very busy he took the time to find the parts & quoted me a price. Being newly retired this was a big repair for me. Will, was able to schedule the service I needed in time. I truly appreciate his honesty & hard work. I can say now that his work is of Excellence. I will be staying here for all further services. “I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

The work was handled great, they were very efficient. My truck needed a brake line fix, battery, catalytic sensor, rotors, sticker.
They did what I asked, which was whatever was needed to do it. So if some stuff was done that I could have worked on myself, is not their fault. I'm very satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone.

“I failed inspection come here to get fix he did fight to get me a sticker the other Garage said no but was fix thanks Tony have been coming here for more staff the oley bad thing is they don't do inspection”
“It's an auto parts place and they have pretty good inventory of everything needed. Back in the pre-internet days I used to stop in more but now I order things online and pick them up and that is one facet of their service not offered. Other than that, they stock everything all of the other auto parts stores offer. At similar prices.”
