My son broke down and his car was towed to Al’s. We couldn’t have asked for better service! Al was helpful, service was great and super quick! His prices were reasonable and he gave us a plan and followed thru.Highly recommend!

Called the shop for a tow truck and was told they were on their way. After 3 hours we were then told they weren’t coming. Absolutely terrible service.

Sold my dad brand new tires, then he had a nail. Then they put in a bad tire plug. He almost crashed when the tire blew on the ma pike. Then they wouldn't return a call. When they did they never offered no help, didn't want to fix it, no warranty on the tire. Just useless. They told him to go to Southbridge Tire. They were great. Thumbs down on Al's just horrible. Saving a buck at ALs almost cost $1000 or a life.Service: Tyres

This shop is WONDERFUL! Al is a great guy, his receptionist is super friendly & helpful, and they really went above and beyond when I brought my (difficult Volvo ?) in to be looked at. I grew up around cars, my father is a retired mechanic, so I am no stranger to how some shops “work”.
