We called T and L late this afternoon due to a fender bender while we were on a trip close to their shop. They took us in without hesitation (less than an hour from closing time) and helped fix my car quickly so we could complete our trip. And on top of that, they did it without even charging us. WOW! Service like this is hard to find these days. Thanks George and team! I really appreciate your generous help in a challenging situation. I highly recommend this shop!

Great integrity and honesty, great workmanship and intelligence, quick and easy, and very good customer service. In a modern world where mechanics just want to rip you off and exploit the fact that you don’t know much about cars, T&L sets the standard. They have reasonable pricing, are always kind and don’t make you feel stupid, and they get stuff done very quick.

Used to be loyal customers. They always did great work, communicated, and punctual. Something changed this time, I guess - lost two customers and we will not come back. Just go to your local dealership - ours took care of everything today, last minute, and had it fixed by 3pm.

Tony has been the goto guy. A close friend of Tony's and mine who started with Tony when he had a shop on Rt 1 in Saugus turned me onto him 25 years ago. I followed him to Framingham and now Southborough. He's always told me the truth about problems... I qualify that by saying I'm an avid do it yourselfer.. I've done my own brakes, oil changes and tune ups. Tony is trustworthy and has integrity!
