Eric and his uncle were absolutely amazing. We had issues with our car travelling and came upon this shop. They thoroughly took their time and looked everything over many times until a solution was found. I wish we lived close by to get regularly serviced by them. The new mechanics there are awesome came in because my car was losing air on my passenger side rear tire and they informed me that they were not fully set up yet and that it was there second day of getting everything ready and they took care of me in 10 minutes and I was on my way definitely will be coming back for future service with these guys

An honest place, attention to details, friendly and trusting.The mechanic asked me to go for a test drive to validate the fix before paying. I was genuinely taken away by this.I stumbled upon this shop on my road trip. I wish I have one of these shops in my area.Thank you!

I have been coming to this service business for over seven years. I have used them for all our cars in that time. Honestly I just cannot say enough good things about them. I have no intention of using any other business to work on my cars. Their honesty and integrity are second to non. This month alone when I brought my sons Subaru in for a costly repair. They were able to research that it was a previous fault and actually contacted Subaru directly. Allowing the fault to be fixed by Subaru at a nominal charge. It is this going above and beyond that I love about them. 5 stars hands down!Services: Check engine light diagnostic

Great service and reasonably priced. Southborough Autotech is run by a caring and funny husband & wife team. They do great work and you will see car enthusiasts hanging out with them frequently at the garage. I always bring my vehicles there and found the work to be exceptional. I highly recommend this local family to do your repairs! Please note - they do not own nor are the affiliated with the car wash!!! Support this local couple who do good honest work!

Our family used to be faithful customers to this locally owned business. However, today I was completely humiliated by their staff when I called to report that the auto car wash next door that they are affiliated with had stopped working as soon as it dumped soap all over my car and then proceeded to turn off and leave me trapped inside the garage. When I called them fir help, the guy answering announced to multiple people in the background that "she's trapped in the car wash" and multiple people, including a woman, were heard very clearly laughing. The guy had to stifle a giggle to say he'd send someone out. The man who came out to me also was not wearing a mask. He claimed to not know what I was talking about when I said that I was upset by their lack of respect and understanding of the faulty equipment that caused this. Sadly this was a disturbing enough interaction that my family will never be using their services and definitely not that car wash ever again.

Awesome people. Made an appointment and they where on time no waiting. The guy wore a mask the whole time (covid time) My corolla could have failed inspection because the third brake light was out but the tech kindly took the time to replace the bulb with a new one he happened to have on hand for a few dollars and I was on my way with a passing sticker and no headaches.
