I was referred to Matt and his team at Luxury Details by a very prestigious, well respected Boston based, Maserati Dealership.
From the get go, their communication and professionalism put me at ease immediately.
And their work, clearly speaks for itself as they transformed my car into what the "factory" should have done from the start!
I highly recommend them to anyone! ?

I recently brought my 911 to replace the stereo, and Matt and his team helped to re wire and build out a custom sub enclosure to look like it came from the factory, and make it sound amazing. I had a problem with the Bluetooth microphone working afterwards, and they were extremely helpful to get that problem fixed! Thank you!

Robert Natick Don't have any work done by this company. They don't stand behind their work. I had a radio head unit installed by them and there was a loud echo on the other end of the telephone during calls. People would ask, "What's wrong with your phone?" I fought with Luxury Details for months to try to get them to dismantle the work they did to to find the problem and they made it clear to me right away that they would not do it for free. I finally brought it to another custom shop and they felt confident that it was the microphone causing the problem, just by looking at it. So, hired them to take everything apart and they installed a new microphone that fixed the problem. That cost me $807.50 for labor and a $30 microphone. I don't think it was unreasonable to expect Luxury Details to do this work as part of the implied warrantee that the system would work flawlessly. Looking back, I should have had the work done by Best Buy. They sold the same head unit I chose to be installed by Luxury Details and they would have installed it for free. I also would have purchased a low cost Geek Squad service agreement, should anything go wrong. Luxury Details stopped answering my emails long ago. Once I drove my car out of the service center, I felt I was on my own, and I was.

Matt and his team hit it right out if the park! He listened to my request and made the numbers work. The custom work and audiophile gear are spot on. I can’t wait to go back and do some more upgrades to my X6.

I had an Alpine head unit installed in my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. Luxury Details did a first rate job. Jordan, the technician, imparted a lot of valuable information to me on it setup and use for me to digest. It seems Siri does not play nice with Amazon Music so it was touch a go for a while. I think we both learned a thing or two about how to navigate through Amazon Music.Jordan wired the microphone to the now abandoned On Star microphone I had which was located at an optimum place on my windshield post. Called parties will now hear me much better than they would if it was placed behind the rear view mirror, as instructed by the manufacturer. In doing so, he didn't get the On Star completely disconnected and it caused some problems. I had to make a follow up visit but he got it squared away the second time around. Now it works just fine.Luxury Details did a great job, very professional, and they stood behind their work. When it comes time to put my Corvette up for the Winter, I should be well acquainted with this unit and will likely arrange to have one installed in my Nissan Maxima. They’ll be hearing from me again.

I was looking for a shop to install a mid pipe on my E93 M3 and was recommended Luxury Details numerous times, and for great reason!! Huge thanks to Matt and the team for doing a superb job on the install! Can’t recommend them enough!!

WOW!!!! Before & After.. is this really my car?? Never done a wrap before and I'm speechless. Designed with Matt & Fred. I really wanted something I've never seen before. The attention to detail on the design is nothing compared to it in person! The 2-tone idea was executed perfectly. I love the loud bright tangerine in the front with a blended black printed detail with my logo on the back. These pics truly do the color no justice but close enough for an iPhone. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a clean, detailed, custom unique wrap. Wish I had more cars!

Be cautious I purchased a hard top from the owner and it had dead mice in it. I reached back out to try and work with him and he did not even give me a response.

10/10 experience. I wanted all the chrome on my Ford explorer to be black. I went to Matt at Luxury Details and recommend everyone to do the same if you are interested in customizing your vehicle. All of the work done to my explorer was pristine, including window tinting, new rims, painting chrome black and wrapping the front. I liked that all my options were explained to me and that Matt was clear in his communication about options and timing. Matt clearly cares a lot about the work that is done to all vehicles and he treated my explorer with as much care as he did to the other vehicles around the shop.

Excellent experience with Matt and his team. Got a front dash cam installed on my Jaguar XFS at Luxury Details - was fast, efficient and clean. Matt ordered his recommended camera, and had it installed within a few hours. Installation looks very tidy, almost as if it’s factory installed. Besides the actual job, they were extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I’ll be coming back to Luxury Details for any other modification to my Jaguar!

I brought my car to Luxury Details in Southborough to get it seal coated. Right from the start, the communication was superior. The owner went above and beyond to ensure my car was pristine. They are one of the most reliable, dedicated and respectable companies I've worked with in a long time.
