I've dealt with many automotive repair shops over the years and without question, J&J Automotive is the absolute best. I've been going there for over 10 years and Joe and his wife Sue-Ann are fantastic, extremely accommodating, honest, friendly, customer focused and go the extra mile to ensure a repair is not only completed perfectly, but is necessary in the first place! I visited this place after getting recommendations from over two dozen of people when asked in a Facebook group. The owners have been around for 40 years now. Joe is a sweet guy. The only things I wasnt happy was he didn't get me a quote from the dealer he was getting my tire from and off course I could have asked him and he would have gotten it for me but I choose to ignore as I believed in him.He did a great job and rate were average.

A good friend recommended these folks. My first need was an oil change after the Covid19 shelter in place order began. They were awesome; came to get the car, left a loaner just in case (not that we were going anywhere!), and then came back later the same day with it. I was happy that they were able to work with me this way, being a high-risk patient. We're about to do an oil change for the second car the same way. Thanks folks!

They have saved me more times than I wish to remember...lol. They are the best- honest, helpful, reasonable. They just helped me again the other day and they charged a reasonable amount and not what a dealership or big brand name company would charge. Highly recommend!!
