Spoke to Xander last week and he gave us great advice to save time, money and a long drive! I appreciate him truly trying to help us, and we will definitely go back if we need repairs on our NEW Dyson (which BTW we love we have 2 - one for each floor).

Not impressed with my phone call and subsequent arrival. I called to see if I should drive an hour to investigate one brush not spinning on my DC40 vacuum and I was convinced to do so, very understandable. However, I was given a quote of $280 all told. Replace, not fix, the head of the vacuum, replace the two filters, and "clean" the vacuum. I've watched a guy on youtube actually fix the issue in the head of the vacuum, the only difficult step for him was finding the right part from Dyson, and I figured this Dyson shop would have that part on-hand or could order one. The labor would be like 30 minutes. But no, this guy at the shop said, without taking it apart, that the full head needs to be replaced ($50 bucks used on Ebay) and that the filters ($14 on Amazon for both) need to be replaced, and that he'd clean the vacuum out (apparently worth $280 - $50 - $14 = $216). The head price I found on Ebay was used but he quoted me at $90 not even saying if it was brand new or not. BE WARY! A guy before me was quoted a very high price and he limped into his seat like he had no backbone and said ok. Yikes

I am always so impressed with the service at this Dyson center and today was no exception. In 15 minutes my cordless vacuum cleaner was assessed, problem identified, part replaced, and I was out the door. The most hassle-free experience of any type of repair service and the reason I stay with only Dyson vacs!

Drove 45 minutes to beg for help with my less than a year old Dyson that seemed to be malfunctioning. Adriane and Nick were extremely professional and friendly and willing to "take a look". The result was my V10 Dyson came out looking brand new and working even better. I would highly recommend coming in here if you're looking for a new vacuum or are having an issue with your current one. You won't be disappointed!

Am amazing experience:QR code check in took about one minute,repair team immediately asked about drywall dust when I mentioned that the vacuum stopped working after contractor had been in our house, took the vacuum back, ascertained that it still had one month of warranty, fixed it in 5 minutes and handed back to me with a smile.

This is the only Dyson service center in all of New England Yet, they NEVER answer the phone, have no voicemail ( it beeps with no message, no one returns call) and no email. This is the case even though in 2022 someone wrote this here and someone in Dyson support management said they'd look into it. This is so wrong as people need to drive up to hundreds of miles to them, limited hours. I called the one in Plainview NY ( grew up there) and immediately got voicemail. I was also given an email address. I cant drive to Long Island with my problem but I wanted to see if the lack of accessibility is universal or just this one location. It's great the support is good in person. But Dyson can do much better with these franchises, making sure they are there for people. It's not good enough. I havent been there yet and am trying to deal over phone with Dyson- its not a huge problem and I also email the same address that was left in the earlier Yelp complaint.

We have a Dyson high price hair dryer. A dog chewed the cord. Tried to call the repair store. No answer for a day. On second day was told if no one was available they would let it ring and we should just drive up cuz there was always someone there. We drove 1 1/4 hours each way to be told that we had a knock off and that Dyson does not replace cords even if it was not a knock off. The gentleman we spoke to was very polite. Advised he was the only person there. They are looking for another tech but nobody wants to learn the trade and work there and he is there alone responsible for 4 states. I personally will never buy another Dyson product.

Extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone at this center. I have called multiple times a day for 3 straight weeks within the operating hours. Finally, when someone did answer, they said they needed to locate my vacuum and would call me back. They never called back. I have tried calling, but it's been several days and I still cannot get anyone on the phone. I had also called Dyson's main customer service line and all they did was reach out to this center to let them know "my concern". They have my vacuum hostage at this point. I am at a loss of what to do. Stay away from this place!

Adrian is awesome. I spoke to him over the phone a few weeks ago and he was very clear about what to expect. When I got here today it was super easy to scan the qr code and check the vacuum in. I had driven from about an hour away and was expecting to have to leave the stick vacuum and come back for it another day but he assessed the issues, explained them to me (basically everything was clogged and needed to be cleaned and filters replaced), gave me a quote and fixed them all within 15 minutes. I highly recommend him if you need your Dyson fixed. We tested it together before I left the store and it works perfectly now! Adrian does not waste your time. Will come back if I ever need to!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Went in with doubt over the repair of my product and left with a working product. Witnessed interaction with what appeared to be an already known and friendly customer. When he was done with the other customer,I was treated the same respectable way. When it’s time for a new Dyson product I will be purchasing from this location. Thank you Adrian!

I can’t say enough about Adrian at this location! Dyson could never find anyone to care for customers the way he does! He will take care of anything and everything with a smile on his face! The best!

Fantastic experience today with Adrian… Super friendly, was able to source the issue with my machine and i was seriously impressed with how quickly he had it repaired and ready to go. Absolutely recommend this store!

Staff was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it effectively while I waited. The price for the service was fair and the manager was very personable. The experience was worth the 30 minute drive.
