They keep getting old prescriptions stuck in a loop, where they try to refill them, and call me over and over that it cannot be refilled, while ignoring the NEW prescriptions. I can have a new prescription waiting for me, and they will not acknowledge and just tell me that the old one cannot be renewed. This happens several times a year. Additionally, the second to last time about half of the pills were missing -- I had to call my insurance.

Disappointing at best, went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist working said she didn't have the time to look up the ingredients related to a life threatening allergy for the person the prescription is for when asked if there was alternate medication options. Literally said if you need something you can simply just go to the ER. Isn't the responsibility of a pharmacist to help people know about the ingredients of medications?! Are they not responsible for ensuring the medications prescribed to patients are suitable?!! Yes, your doctor is always responsible for the prescribed medicine, however to act cavalier when handling a patient with a life threatening allergy in your answers to their questions related to medications they may be getting is inexcusable. Treating anyone like you can't take the time they need when it comes to the basic responsibilities of your profession is not ok. Would never feel safe receiving medications from this pharmacist.

The pharmacists here have repeatedly failed to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, if at all. One of my online refill requests kept getting cancelled without explanation. When I called the pharmacy to see what was going on, they said that they thought I had been requesting the "wrong" prescription by accident, whatever that means.

i had very good experience when i took some of products that i had wrongly bought ( shampoos ) to exchange to the right one young lady name michelle (i think ) had helped me on this transection she was very nice and very helpful i was very happy thank you so much.

Pharmacy seems to be in disarray, talked to the head pharmacist very unprofessional! Pill counts consistently wrong, explanation was they count to much, is this not your business?
