“I only used the regular store side. Not the alcohol side. I think they had an issue with inventory deliveries on back order or SOMETHING because almost every section of the store had huge bald spots on the shelves! Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a single item I set out for when going there in the first place! Although I WAS able to find a few things to settle for. So I didn't leave empty handed, and I live approx. 4 mins down the road and can honestly say this ISN'T a common occurrence.. Now I plan to keep an eye out so I can determine weather this was just a random "blooper" or weather this is going to be the new "norm". I really HOPE NOT!”
“Whenever a Costco warehouse has a gas station associated with it, it's generally a source of cheap gas - up to 20-30 cents/gallon cheaper than the next cheapest neighborhood alternatives. I've found that this is true when gas prices are stable or rising, but in the current moment when they're dropping quickly (thanks Joe Biden!), you may be able to find better prices elsewhere. So check your Gasbuddy app for prevailing regional prices. Still, this is the one perk that has convinced me to keep a Costco membership even though I have no use for 20-pound heaps of ground beef, 200-packs of batteries, or other daily essentials in prepper-friendly quantities. This station was a quick detour from the Mass Pike on a road trip back east, and even though there was plenty of traffic here, things moved along slowly yet steadily as there are 3 pumps per lane.Talking about which, I didn't notice if there were "lite-brite" signs above the pumps like there are in California, but if there aren't any here, they would be especially useful. Basically, at Costco outlets where there are 3 pumps per line, these signs alert you to an open pump so you can back into it and keep everything utilized at full capacity, minimizing wait times for others behind you. In the Midwest, meanwhile, folks in lines with 2 pumps tend to wait for both cars to pull out before pulling in, 2 at a time, which is not the optimal use of each pump, especially when there's a long wait.”

“It's a gas station. What you would typically find.However, I think the rating is worth it because I love the staff here. Always polite. Joking with my family and myself. Small talk with decent people and they seem to be that way with everyone.”
“The place is very nice and the people that work there are always the most friendly people. The only thing I would say makes it not perfect is that every time I go there early afternoon it's so busy that there is a long line and there is a lot of waiting to check out. Not the cashier's fault just seams to more buisness then the cash registers can keep up with.”

“Pride is usually great. One at end of meadow in Chicopee Street just upgraded and put brand new gas pumps in. You can get diesel there. Most of the workers are very friendly some have worked there long enough to know me by name and exactly what I want when I come in the door. Once in awhile usually early morning there is a good line people getting coffee and donuts and gas before work but the line usually moves smoothly. They do have a rewards program but I haven't checked the newest one out because they're just change their program the last program I think was better I saved a lot on gas. Great place to go not many problems there however over the years there has been a car stolen because someone left it running in the parking lot so that's kind of on them. Jen who works the overnight is awesome and hope who works the various shifts is also very awesome and she knows everything around the store been there a while now but I have to say Jen is the best and she will leave you with a smile on your face. Not a bad placehas a Subway and they also make their own food I'm not sure exactly what too much to explain but check them out it is a gas station so don't expect the cheapest the prices on stuff you buy off the shelves but you can get gas treatment and other treatments for your car the STP bottles and it's not too bad of a price. So it's a One-Stop Little tune up your treatment in and then get your gas and you're on your way with your coffee and donuts. I would rate it all five stars if the gas station wasn't so busy and if they didn't take away the last rewards program but it's a small price to pay for great service and really no hassle add friendly workers who tried to get to know you.”
“I need to give a big shoutout to Joseph, who is bagging at the checkout lanes in your West Hartford, CT store right now. It’s Super Bowl Sunday and the store is packed. A person in front of me in line had brought exactly the right amount of money for her purchase, but she did not factor in the cost of bags, and she was a couple cents short. She was embarrassed and was starting to worry about what she was going to do. Without skipping a beat, Joseph pulled out his wallet and handed the cashier a dollar to cover the cost of her extra bags. He kept the line moving quickly, helped out a person who was about to have a stressful afternoon, and showed what kind people work at your store! Bravo, Joseph and Big Y!!!”
