“We went in to just look not to buy. I was honesty going to order online after testing the bed we though we wanted. Brian went out of his way to help us. He listened to my struggles with having back surgery and fusion. The bed I thought was the best for us was not. Not only did he find us the perfect bed, it was cheaper than the bed I had spent hours researching online. He is was honest, respect, I am so grateful for all his help and our new bed will here in a week. Being an adjustable bed will give me the freedom to get out of bed on my own while I finish healing from surgery. I will no longer have to wake my fiance up and ask for help. I am truly grateful and we will definitely be going back to purchase a bed for our daughter in a year or so as she doesn't a need a new one just yet. Thank you again Brian”

This time I was able to purchase them directly from the Janna Ugone & Co studio in Easthampton, MA while visiting my brother in Western MA. I have bought many of this studio's beautiful lamps and lampshades for myself and as gifts on-line over the years and have loved every one of them. Each one adds a special touch of warmth and artistic beauty to my decor. It was a great experience to see where these beautiful pieces of art are made and to see so many colors, shapes, and sizes displayed. “We came in to purchase a couch a few months ago and the sales experience was not great. I was hesitant to come back, glad we did though bc this experience with Ana was 100% different.We decided to go in again today, because I saw a piece for furniture I saw online and I wanted it. I was prepared to walk in and just tell the staff to let me be due to my last experience, however, one employee stood out. She said hello when we walked in and asked if she could help. I immediately said " no I know what we need and I will find you when I'm ready". She didn't follow us around like the other sales rep did in our previous visit, she respected and acknowledged what I said. Unlike our first experience. She stayed close in case we needed her, but didn't force anything on us. When we were ready she helped us. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and helped with the purchase.I truly feel other sales reps should take a page from her book. Walking into a furniture store sometimes feels like walking into a car show room. Remember, people are there to buy something, maybe change up your sales approach and hire more people like her and the sales will keep coming.Thank you again Ana Mendez! We will be back again, and will be sure to come to you. I appreciate your attention to detail and making me feel heard, understood and using active listening to help me find what I needed.”

“My husband was hit while on his motorcycle. Years ago we purchased a recliner from the West Springfield store. I went to set it up for my husband, so it would be ready when he came home from the hospital and rehab. It wouldn't work. I called the store in West Springfield and spoke with Mike. At first he said he would order the part and it would take about 7-10 days. When I explained my husband needed the chair now as he was on his way home, Mike said he would take parts from a new chair and be right out.He came to our home within a few hours and got the chair up and running. “Veronica was EXTREMELY helpful today as I have hand injuries, I asked for help and without hesitation she stopped what she was doing and helped me figure out what food was best for my cat! After giving me advice on cat food, she lifted the 50lbs of food into my cart and then 40lbs of cat litter. She then offered to bring it to my car and unload it into my trunk. I'm LITTER-ally beyond grateful for this employee.”
“I went there on a Thursday looking for a new sofa. Being married and not seeking a divorce I brought my wife down on Saturday to check it out and allow her to choose the fabrics. The owner was terrific, reasonable delivery charges and more than reasonable disposal charges for my old sofa. He even agreed to dispose of a couple of old recliners for no extra chage. The delivery guys were on time, polite and accomodating. So much so I tipped the two of them $20 each, something I wouldn't normally do. Thanks a lot. Mr. Joseph Girard, Palmer, MA”
