“Hidden gem. I drove by this carwash while I was on my way to a different carwash. I saw Paper City Carwash, and immediately made a u-turn. I was not disappointed! The wash was great; I appreciated that 2 men were spraying and brushing as my car entered the wash. Their vacuums are free AND powerful.
And it's cheaper than the place I had planned on using! Highly recommended!”
“I've been to Bradley Auto Wash for multiple car washes and also for their complete car detailing. I would highly recommend them for either! They are always very friendly & professional. I've taken 3 different cars through their automated wash and am always pleased with the results. There is never a line. I am always 1st or 2nd to go through.Last week my wife took her Volvo Wagon, that she had just purchased, to be detailed. The previous owner was a smoker and the car was so filthy it looked like it had never been washed or vacuumed! Even though the car is 15 years old it now looks and smells brand new!! We were so happy with that I brought in my dirty Charger in to be detailed. They did an excellent job on that also! The price was very reasonable and was ready in just over 3 hours.I've shared some before & after pictures. We'll definitely be back!!”
“You know how when you drive up to vacuum your car you get everything out and the vacuum doesn’t work! Especially on a 85° day. I know my bad for doing it in the heat but anyway I wanted to do a shout out for Roland at the Easthampton golden nozzle car wash, I’ll tell you what he was right there to help unclog three vacuums. And he was running around like a banshee cleaning trash, whoever hired him good job. He definitely made my day. I will pay it forward thank you Roland.”
“I stopped here for a much needed self-serve car wash after a long drive to visit some friends in the area. The fact that this location offers a self-serve wash option (2 bays) is really the key reason why I came here instead of visiting other car washes in the area. The wash bays were well lit, the control panel worked well, instructions were clearly posted, and no issues to report. The water pressure was more than adequate to thoroughly wash my car. A five-dollar bill gives you five minutes of wash time, although another minute or two really would have been useful. Other than that, no issues to report and I recommend the self-serve service here.”

“In Connecticut we have very few golden nozzle car washes. It's pretty awesome to know in Springfield there are so many. We were driving by back from breakfast and ended up washing our car just cuz it was so convenient and we have the unlimited pass.”
“When they first opened there was no wait you would get a window sticker. Not soon after that sticker was gone now they do it by plate which sucks if you are the only one there you have to wait for someone to come over”

“Three hours after I posted the review below I was surprised to receive a message from the manager. After speaking with him it was determined that the car probably was not seated properly on the track. He mailed me a coupon for a free car wash and apologized for my inconvenience That was much appreciated. After the manager's quick response and desire to make it right I felt it my responsibility to follow up and change the 1 star to 4 stars.The car wash in Northampton, MASS was awful. The 1st set of washers just glided over the car and the blowers at the end did not work. Only the sides of the car showed some semblance of a wash. Very disappointed. I will never go back to this one.”
