Tanya was super nice and easy to talk to when I originally called Moove In. She was very patient and answered all of questions I had and provided directions since I was new to the area. When it was time to cancel, Chris was amazing at helping me navigate the cancellation! I’ve now discontinued service as I’ve completed my move, but if I ever need to use a storage facility Moove In would be my choice! Much nicer and more transparent than other facilities I’ve used in New England. When I needed to switch to a larger unit at short notice, they accommodated my needs I was immediately granted access to the size I needed. Pricing is extremely fair as well!

I've been renting space at MooveIn since they took over from A-Z and my experience with them (namely, Tanya and Chris) has been smooth, easy, and pleasant. Their spaces are a good deal for the money; my stuff has remained safe and sound through all kinds of New England weather, they connect you with insurance if you don't want to have to set that up yourself, they staff the phone diligently (and with patience) and keep a good eye on their units.

This place is great. We had to coordinate a moveout from our Southampton Moovein space all the way from Oregon, and Chris and the rest of the staff at the Easthampton office were incredibly helpful. With their assistance, the moveout process was painless for us on this end and for the driver on the MA end. We'd been renting this space for several years and in general have found their company to be honest, vigilant about the security of their facilities, easy to pay and easy to talk to with any questions.

The actual storage unit was fine. The customer service was horrible. My fiance had set up automatic payments. The lady at the desk somehow messed it up and we got charged a late fee. He then had to go to the office and try to get a refund. Which he did. And the lady told him to set up a new payment date, she failed to tell him that regardless of when you set the date for, rent is always due the 1st of the month. Automatic payment failed again, and we got charged ANOTHER late fee. Thank god we only have to rent it for one more month. Whatever you do, don't get a unit here.

The people who work here are helpful, and the facility is convenient and secure - I hate giving them a bad review, but mice got ALL up in our stuff while we were working on our new house. They chewed through boxes and made nests in our stuff and somehow got into our closed up washer and dryer. We had to throw a bunch of things out and now have quite a cleaning project on our hands (y'know, in addition to moving).

Staff is friendly and very accommodating and the prices are reasonable. I have no complaints however I do wish the hours of operation to get into the units were extended another hour on the open and close times!! Other than that, highly recommended.
