My family of 4 needed last-minute accomodations on the weekend after July 4th, not an easy task! We searched based on Price & found this gem. Location is fantastic, rooms are functional, staff is great. AC would be nice but they have fans & will bring more if you need them. The center rec /pool area has picnic tables outside the rooms & there are shared grills available. Definitely returning next time we head to The Cape.

It was the cheapest motel we could find on the Cape Cod, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was nice, the hostel provided us with towels and soaps, and clean sheets, bed was comfortable. There was no weird smell. The beach is super close and a great restaurant is just behind the corner. Wifi worked perfectly. We definitely recommend this place! You can get there even by a bus for $1 from Hyannis Transportation Centre.

Our stay was good. The place is old but clean. The place needs some spucing up. It had a musty smell, very dated. The shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. The wifi was unusable, less than a bar for signal strength. Probably would never choose again but if your on a budget consider it.

Stayed off season. For an older motel on the water, it is in really good shape. Bring your own shampoo and breakfast food. Big refrigerators.Nearby activities: Beach is right across the street.

When the other owners were there, the rooms have coffee maker, a table and chairs. We didn’t even have chairs in front of our outside door. I asked for some chairs and I was told to take some from the game room. I was with my elderly mother, and was offered no help. The room we had was way over priced.

A true gem! If you appreciate simplicity and tranquility, this place is it. We made a last minute reservation looking for the best price we could find. The owners have priced their rooms "fairly" due to the need to renovate; paint, install air conditioning, etc., but as it stands, it was perfect for my daughter and I. Our room felt like a cozy cottage get away with a view of the pool and the surrounding trees. We had four windows, which we kept open all night, with a light fan blowing on us. We felt safe, and undisturbed, as all of the other guests seemed to appreciate and respect the quiet atmosphere as well. There was a kitchen area in the lobby for us to prepare our breakfast, which also helped keep our stay affordable. And most importantly, the staff was kind and accommodating; not only the owner but the maintenance as well.This is the first review I have ever written for anything...and this place was worth it!

We just left there and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place !!!From the rooms to the service we received, we enjoyed our stay here and we will be back soon !!! I stayed at the The Village Green Motel last July 2020.this is a general observation honestly.The staff was nice enough and I paid 150.00 per night.( I guess some places are more expensive but I had a better experience at an Air b and b in Harwich in June 2019-off season.The fan in my suite did not work. I had no A.C.- I think that she told me in advance.I did have a cleaning lady I saw when I entered the room.The kitchen had appliances dishes etc.Bathroom was clean- but no AC folks.I had old sheets from 30 yrs ago on my bed.I had no A.C. in my unit which was a large suite and I was roasting all night.At midnight, I opened my 1st floor windows and it was loud outside and finally I asked my loud neighbors to settle down which they did do on the 2nd attempt.I also saw cobwebs in the corner . The pool outside was fair- a bit rundown.Generally the place was old looking. Staff was ok.The beach was a bit crowded. but across the street.
