We came from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and this hotel is small, clean, and right on the ocean.
It took me a while to find one on the ocean, as there are others that sound like they are, but if you Google map them, they are NOT.
Rooms are great and clean.

Stayed here for five nights and it was wonderful! The most important thing when I look for a hotel is cleanliness and this gets 100 stars. House keeping comes daily and took great care of the room while we were there. Having the little kitchen area was great too so we could warm up leftovers and keep snacks in the fridge.
The owners were accommodating when we asked for an early check in so my little one could nap at the night time which I loved.
And the location is perfect! You are 50 steps from the beach which is so nice to go whenever you want. The beach was nice and soft too, not rocky. You are also close to fun things to do with kids, shops, restaurants, and museums. It was exactly what we wanted for our trip. Thank you!

Our favorite hotel on the cape. Service is awesome and greet us like friends every time. Peaceful and most of us… we really love how they value order, quiet and cleanliness! We come every year and multiple times if we can. Bed is perfect!! Rooms are so spacious too. Immediately feel at peace when we arrive.

The hotel is in an excellent location, even if you go during October like I did. The ocean view from your room is very relaxing, and beautiful. The room itself was perfectly appointed, other than the bed which was hard as a rock...to the point of causing pain. I think if they updated the beds it would be the best hotel along South Shore Drive to stay in, especially during the Summer.

A very cozy hotel. Very nice location right by the sea. Ideal starting point to explore Cape Code. Very nice staff.
We even extended it for another day. We would always stay there again.

Maria wasn't just a phone answerer, she was a hostess! I wish I could give this more stars ? ? ... wonderful people, wonderful ocean view ... spotless rooms that are fully equipped ... beautiful beach ... and the pop machine is only a dollar! Excellent home base for a Cape Cod vacation! I am so delighted we found this gem!

Loved it! Just got home yesterday after a wonderful 4 nights stay at this gem of a place! Loved the layout with the pool and the ocean close together. Several chaise lounge chairs facing the ocean were an added bonus and the perfect spot for my morning coffee or later in the evening. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The entire property was clean and well kept. Staff was always cleaning, organizing or taking care of the landscape. Office offers complimentary coffee each morning. All in all, a great place at a great location.Definitely out new favorite spot on the Cape! See you next summer, Surfcomber!

Always clean. Affordable. Pool and beach.
Rooms: 2 queens , perfect efficiency. Working AC.
Walkability: 3 minutes to a restaurant. Plenty of beach to walk when the tide goes out.
